Travel Cat | Your Cat Backpack Reviews

6 emails asking how to return with NO RESPONSE

I'm very pleased with Travel Cat. They have so much to offer, especially for bigger cats, like my Maine Coon mix. I have recommended them to others and others love their products! The customer service is also extremely helpful when i needed another size and had issues with my order.

Great customer service! Quick response and delivery, product is as described.

Quick shipping and quality made carrier. Going to be using this for my Savannah F1 until we outgrow it! I hope he loves it!

I ordered this same collar from Amazon and they delayed and delayed. Chewy is reliable and now my first choice for all my cat needs!!!

Beans is so obsessed with his new travel backpack, couch, and leash! The brand is such nice quality and going to be sturdy and perfect for travel. The package delivered on time and all the items were perfect condition. Will be ordering from them again soon!

Absolutely incredible packs!! We love them and our 2 cats really love them as well. They hop
in so easily ride them and feel save in them too. We love the pockets and zips! Very comfortable for humans and kitties as well. Thanks for a Great product.

So far my Maine Coon girly has no issues with the harness. But she is trying to get use to it. Shipping came fast. Accidently bought the wrong size for my male Maine Coon, so I've request for an exchange which was an easy process.

My cat and I absolutely love the travel backpack. She jumped in the moment I got it and all the pockets makes it so convenient to carry all our stuff. Super solid quality!

We recently ordered "The Navigator" backpack and the Travel Cat harness in emerald for our cat, Gin. We’ve already taken her out in the backpack, and it is an absolute game-changer—especially when her little paws get tired! While the harness only arrived a couple of days ago, we are so excited to test it out this weekend. The step-in design looks incredibly comfortable and will make taking it off a breeze. Unlike our current harness, the Travel Cat design won't pull over her head, meaning much less pressure on her sensitive ears. I have a feeling Gin appreciates that upgrade already!

I found trying to work with this website and company quite difficult. I have sent multiple emails and no one has responded. I have placed an order and it’s been over a week and the order still has not been shipped. No one has reached out to me even though I’ve asked for confirmation of shipping. I find their website very difficult to use as the shipping charges change according to how much you’re ordering or how little you’re ordering and the types of things that you’re ordering which is just weird. I found that they have misrepresented their sales where they state entire site is on sale and then certain products are actually excluded. I’m extremely frustrated as I’m on a time crunch to find some bags for my animals before I fly, I would not recommend working with this company. I now have to go through my credit card company to try to get a refund to purchase elsewhere. What I find particularly strange is you can order this brand through Amazon easily but going direct to the site means that you are penalized by trying to support a smaller business really disappointed, really wanted to love this company.

Awesome. My cats took to the backpack immediately. They take turns sleeping in it over all the other cat beds in the house. Out of the house, the practical design and safety features work better than anything I've tried.

Great service

The items are very well thought and well done.

Also of note is that at the time of my order, there was a delay for one item and Travel Cat reached to me to propose a split packaging (which I declined because I was not in a hurry).

I have been a client for 5 years now and I'm still happy with the products and services of Travel Cat!

My cat was able to get out of this item. He went missing for another day, which was the scariest thing that has ever happened.

I ordered a medium, received a small, that was June 20. I am still trying to get the right size. Please advise as to return
for the correct size. Thanks

I have three cats, so I've tried a few different carriers over the years, and this is probably my favorite one so far. The size is great, and it feels sturdy without being overly heavy. I've used it for vet visits and short trips, and it's made carrying them around a lot easier than a traditional carrier. Definately worth it if you have larger cats or just want something more convenient for traveling with your cat.

The Day Tripper Harness has been so great for my skittish, formerly feral, kitten. The fit is perfect for him and I really like the give in the leash. Wocket is gaining confidence so quickly and will soon be an adventure cat!

There's a huge delay in shipment and it's impossible to reach a human to discuss the issues. Very bad customer service. I regret the purchase.

The harness’ are absolutely accurate to what is advertised. The sizing was also accurate to the guide.
