Your Drink Box Reviews

Very easy to order and Damien is such a good owner to buy from. Thank you

Wonderful customer service from a very polite and helpful chap who instantly resolved my issue and had a broad knowledge of the products.

Speedy delivery on a fantastic product that is hard to find. Thank you

I have been ordering from your drink box for last 3 years and they have always been reliable with excellent service. It's the only place I've found caters with good quality alcohol free drinks so very impressed. Never disappointed!

I ordered an alcohol free bitters as I am pregnant- and a 50% abv bitters was sent. I contacted the company to ask for a refund and received a message from an iPhone saying they will sort the problem but following two chaser emails I have heard nothing back and am no closer to a refund or the correct item. Communication is poor and unprofessional, incorrect item received and now I am 30 pounds out of pocket. Particularly dangerous mistake as I have sober friends and this kind of error could result in a relapse. Will not be a returning customer

Update: the owners of the company contacted me following my review and explained the circumstances and have now sent me the correct item with an additional gift for any inconvenience. As a small business this was out of their control and they have more than made up for this. Thank you

Swift delivery, although perhaps slightly overpacked!

Great service from Your Drink Box. The lid of one of the bottles in my order came loose in transit resulting in a small leak. They sent a new, replacement bottle staright away, no quibbles. Well done guys! highly recommended.

Delivered fast and exceptional products.

As usual, fast dispatch and delivery, excellent packaging

Great experience. Very good selection and easy to navigate. Some real gems. Unfortunately I mistakenly ordered the wrong bottle and had the cancel the order. Your Drink Box couldn’t have been more swift and helpful. Will definitely be returning.

One of there products was faulty so got a call from them to let me know and got a refund thought the call was a nice touch thanks very much

I was looking for quality gifts for my sons new cocktail garden bar and came across this site which had syrups I had never heard of before and great cocktail accessories. Postage was quick and extremely well wrapped, could not fault.

Exceptionally quick delivery and competitive prices! Keep it up!

Decent website, prompt delivery. UK-based which was not as clear as it could have been

Easy to order and products are nice and out of the ordinary. Came quickly and well packaged

Rapid processing and delivery quicker than I expected. Unlike previous attempts this order was seamless. Of course the items I shopped are not available anywhere else.
