A young man called Graeme came and cleared my windows, he messaged me first to give me an estimated time of arrival, we spoke for a minute or 2, then he started doing the windows, they look fantastic, he was friendly and professional, great guy, great service.

Very poor over the last two years hit and miss service ,I do think that the liquid in the water is not the level it should be as they don't dry properly and splodge into dirty droplets ,trying to say a bob or two ...here in bishop Aukland they sometimes come ,sometimes miss two months ,sometimes do the back ,sometimes knock sometimes don't ..NO CONSISTANCY ..irresponsible ,I think they franchise out the work ,and young lads just pull a fast one just doing the front and asking for the same money .. definitely ..today they came did the front and wanted £10 without doing the back ..we rang the office ,firstly the girls are lovely ,considerate ,and professional ..she rang back though and said you only get the front done for ten pounds ,I said it's been ten pounds front and back all the time ..then she was honest and said they'd just put their prices up ( without informing anyone ) and it was now £15 for a terrace house front and back ..so I said no ,there steady and inconsistent ..I'll do em myself ..I'll by an extendable cleaner and do a decent job ..DEF please don't even think about using them ...looking forward too doing my own now instead of being taken for a fool we have CANCELLED YOU bye

Don't turn up for ages, I can't log into account..you are quick to respond to account problems but when you were up and running again I had no services on there. My windows were meant to be done every 8 weeks, you randomly send someone about 12 weeks after? We have camera footage the windows were cleaned within 20 seconds out the front, and the back he walked into the garden, stared then buggered off. 3 emails today from 3 different people AND TEXTS demanding payment. Not happening. Poor service.

Great window cleaners, Joshua in particular is a good grafter and always has a smile. He always lets us know when he'll be around, and also when the job is done.

The window cleaning itself was fine. Had them cleaned once and was scheduled for 4 weekly. They text 3 weeks later to say they would clean them again the next day. No way to cancel. He arrived, cleaned the windows and left the gate wide open, didn’t close it so the back of the house had been accessible all day. Trying to cancel is a full time job. Four emails and texts later, I finally managed to cancel the service. They deliberately make it difficult as there is no option to cancel via your online account and you can’t cancel the direct debit as it isn’t set up as such. I would avoid.

Five stars for Hollie, Ellis and Chris in the office. Your customer care is absolutely brilliant. You have been, helpful, curteous and kind to myself. I made a few phone calls to yourselves and each time you were all so pleasant. It is lovely to be able to speak with a human these days, so well done Your Local. Customer care and service is on point. So thank you so much to the three of you 🙂🙂🙂

⁹Do not use this company, they are a scam. They didn't clean half the windows, and did a poor job on the rest. We have been trying to cancel their services, but they won't let us cancel until we pay for the previous "cleaning" and the only payment method is Apple Pay, but we don't have Apple devices. The only option is to catch them when they turn up and give them cash, but they don't tell us when they will be here so we have to guess! This can't be legal.

Edit: the contact number provided in the response below just rings for a while and then cuts off, don't think anyone is even staffing the line

Your Local have taken 2 payments of £18, so total of £36, from my credit card despite me cancelling the service on their old portal and not signing up to their new account!
From other reviews this appears to be a regular problem and I will be reporting the payments to my credit card company if they fail to refund following an email I have sent.
Don’t sign up to these as they appear to take very little notice when you cancel your account or keep your gates locked.
