Positive Reviews of NeckRelax are Fake.

I bought NeckRelax. I found the instructions so tiny they were difficult to read. I had my tech helper put it all together and finally was able to use it. It just kind of buzzes, does nothing really at all. The support phone number rings busy all of the time. It is a Scam. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I finally gave up trying to get a refund & chalked it up to experience.

I wish I would have read the reviews…

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchase. My NeckRelax does not work and that's right out of the box. I am not going to bother to return it, because there are NO customer care phone numbers or addresses to contact. Not worth my time. I feel really stupid. DO NOT PURCHASE!

9.26.22 NeckRelax just sent me a response asking for my order number. Did any of the other reviewers get an order number upon purchase? Secondly, there's been no mention of a refund in ANY of their responses. Judging from my reading of other reviewers, they all just received a response of let's talk. We are past the point of talking. Let's see some results.

Customer support is non-existent.

I received the Neck Relax in a timely manner on February 8, 2022. It seemed to me to be just a glorified tens unit, which I already own. After much investigating, I was able to locate an email address and contacted “customer support” on February 14 for the first time about an address to mail the device back for a refund. It is now almost 7 months later and still no refund. It was like pulling teeth to get the address, which I eventually received. I sent it back on March 29 (at my own expense!). After numerous emails back and forth, over several months, I was told that they had no record of my return and asked for documentation of the shipment, which I luckily had. I sent copies of my UPS documentation on July 28. I was told in an email on August 24 that my refund would show up on my credit card, 5-7 days ONCE THE REFUND IS PROCESSED!
Guess what? It’s now 10 days since that email and still no refund. The product is OK if you want a tens unit. But the customer support is non-existent.
9/8/22. OMG! Before I could respond to this response, I received an email this morning stating that I could not receive a refund because it has been more than 180 days!!!!! They are offering me a credit. This is the WORST customer service ever.

NECK RELAX: This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM - do not buy their neck relax product. Bought 2 and they did not work. Within 2 days I asked for authorized return and full refund. It is now 3weeks later and they will not accept my return but instead offered me 30% refund. Their website says 100% satisfaction guarantee. They copy and paste info from other sites and they DO NOT STAND behind their policy.

This product is absolute junk. It did not give him any relief after using it multiple times.
You can’t return the product once taken out of the packaging! What a crock!
DO NOT BUY!!! A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!

Almost total scam

Almost total scam. Bought 3 devices, 109.00, spent an extra 10.00 for 3 year warranty. They work, and we like them. 2 of three of them have gone bad and the manufacturer basically ignores the warranty we paid extra for and says too bad!

Please do NOT purchase this item or anything from this company. I paid over $134 for 3 of these for gifts & they elicit a painful shock, nothing like the elaborate bs website states. Immediately I attempted to return them, they offered a 'discount if I'd keep them!' Over 25 emails later, they gave me a Singapore address to return to at my expense which would cost me over $60! I politely explained this to them, they ignored me. Beyond awful experience & no, they still have not refunded me.

Don’t buy this product if you have high blood pressure

I heard from the company but they still are not paying the postage and said that refunds take anywhere from 15 to 30 days to complete. I shop online all the time, and this is not how most companies operate.

They did not disclose that someone with high blood pressure should not use this device. I have that condition and ordered this product not knowing that I couldn’t use it until I read the directions that came with the package.Now they say that they will not pay for the return postage for something that is clearly their fault.

I finally received my neck relax…

I finally received my neck relax machines but like everyone else my products do not work have bought batteries 3 times so I know they are new and the neck relax will not work at all I also bought 2 of them I to give and 1 for myself I am very sorry that I have got mixed up with this product sounded wonderful but is a hoax just to get our money and give us junk in return

My experience is about the same as the rest I have read, took weeks to receive, I purchased 2 Neck Relaxers, one for a gift one for me, I could not get it to work, changed batteries, still would not work.

I have returned both to the company, have not yet received my credit looking forward for my refund in my account.

Have been waiting to hear from the company after I contacted them at their support address. I could not get my massager to work after changing the batteries twice. After rereading the instructions again I put my finger on one of the stainless steel pads and got shocked. Like everyone else writing reviews, I can see that my credit card company is going to have to get involved. All the reviews seam as negative as my own in trying to get an address to send this bad product back. Another reason to shop American products!

This product is pure junk

This product is pure junk. Nothing relaxing or soothing about it. It simply feels like random needles being stabbed into your neck. And their joke "lifetime guarantee"? Who cares if your product sucks? They have a 30 day return policy, yet to buy one before Xmas in hopes it would get here before Xmas gives one very little time to try it. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Very pleased after the wait

Received the device a little later than expected but understandably so due to shipping issues at this time. I tried the device with th additional pads and am very pleased with the device. I plan on using it and the pads very frequently. Thank you again.

Impossible to return

I ordered 2, received one. Then I deciliter wasn’t for me. Tried to return it. Website says email for return instructions. I have received the same generic email about delivery in reply to every email I have sent. Not impressed.

Would not recommend this company or product.

I don't recall ever writing a negative report about any product. This is a first. I purchased two NeckRelax devices. To begin with, I did not find the claims about the product accurate. It did very little/nothing for my neck. This company offers special deals on a lot of the sites they control and their ads can look like they are good because of their rating. Many of these claims are actually adds sponsored by them instead. I don't think they are accurate. I tried to return my purchase. There were no directions on how to actually return it on my own. The email message states that I need to go through customer service. The problem with that, is after numerous emails, they still never told me how to return it. No address, no other information. I has been weeks with on-gong emails and messages stating, " if I don't need anymore help," they can close the this inquiry. I have never been more frustrated with any other product and I suggested they give me more information and the conversation stopped. My experience is that it has been a difficult company to with. I would encourage you to not not buy from them and avoid their product.
Update: The response from NeckRelax regarding this review asks me to send another email/fill out the form. This sends me right back to the same email address where there is already a history of repeated questions without answers.
February 23: The response from the company sounds promising, as in the one on this site. To this date, nothing has been resolved. It continues to lead nowhere. I would stay clear of this company.

NeckRelax owes me money for not sending order

NeckRelax claims I don't have an order with them and they still have $63.19 of my money that i would like back.
I got a discount through customer service which was nice at the time but due to a glitch on their website. Apparently just giving me $15.80 back on my $78.99 purchase and cancelling the order is their way of doing business.

No idea when item might be received.

NeckRelax just sent me a message to thank me for the good rating. Unfortunately, I haven't yet received the item I ordered two weeks ago and USPS is still waiting to get it from the off-shore shipper. I couldn't find a way to actually speak with someone at the company. I'd recommend that anyone thinking of ordering something from this company should reconsider. UPDATE: Got a response to this post from the company suggesting I contact customer service. This is B.S.. I did that over two weeks ago and got no satisfaction. Order can't be cancelled because it supposedly has shipped.
