Beautiful skincare and top customer support

I was desperate to do something about a raging outbreak of rosacea after having good skin for over 80 years. I browsed the internet until I found Y’OUR Skin Care. It was the first product I found that sounded like what I needed and seemed to be a genuine and concerned company. I have found it to be so, and the products are fragrance free and have been gentle on my skin. I had a problem with the one dispenser, and they responded with a concerned reply and a video to teach me how to work the dispenser. The people behind the products genuinely care and do whatever is needed to help their customers. The products are gentle on my skin, and the rosacea is already calming it down after only a few days. I hope to stay with this gem of a company for a long time.

Not recommended

I’m writing this after my case got a resolution. First of all, I was drawn to their website due to a Google search result on skin care. The ad stated that the products would be a total of $39. No installments and no further payments. Once you’re on the website it seems as if you would get a box per month for your monthly subscription. What you are actually getting is ONE BOX and paying such box in 3 installments.
5 minutes after paying, I realized my mistake and tried to email and call them. No answer. This business has no phone number to call them.
I tried cancelling my subscription but still they wanted me to pay the 3 installment and what would be cancelled is future shipment of boxes. As I expressed in the email below that I sent them, unsubscribing should be as easy as subscribing and with them, unfortunately, it’s not the case since you have to send them emails to unsubscribe and wait until you get a response, while subscribing is as easy as clicking “pay”.
Only after I sent the email below, they replied and offered to refund me. As of now, the refund has been initiated and Y’OUR SKIN asked me kindly if I would take my comment down. I’m only updating my review with the resolution but not taking it down since my opinion and experience matters. They also flagged my review as defamatory with Trust Pilot as an attempt to take it down, but Trust Pilot ruled in my favor.

This is the email I sent them: 👇🏼

Y'OUR Skincare Support,

I am writing to formally demand the immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund for the unauthorized charges made to my account.

Your company’s practices are misleading, predatory, and likely unlawful:

Deceptive Advertising: I was drawn in by ads—such as those that appear in Google search results—prominently showing a one-time cost of $39.00 with no clear or conspicuous indication that this is a subscription or that further charges will follow. I’ve attached a screenshot of the search ad I encountered, which is highly deceptive in how it presents the pricing.

Illegal Cancellation Process: Your requirement that customers email back and forth to cancel violates the FTC’s “Click to Cancel” rule (finalized in October 2024), which mandates that businesses must make canceling as easy as signing up. It should not require multiple steps, email confirmations, or delays.

Lack of Transparency: There was no clear or honest disclosure that signing up would enroll me in a recurring billing cycle. I did not knowingly or willingly agree to any ongoing subscription.

If you do not cancel my subscription and issue a full refund within 3 business days, I will be taking the following actions:

Filing a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)

Submitting a detailed report to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) regarding your advertising practices, hidden subscription model, and cancellation barriers

Leaving public reviews warning others about your predatory and dishonest behavior

This is your final chance to resolve this amicably. I expect written confirmation that my account has been canceled and that a full refund is being processed.

In the end, they responded quickly after I sent the email above, however, my experience with this type of business model was incredibly negative since it seems deceiving and misleading.

The Products Work

Y'OUR skin brand truly cares about each individuals skin and wants to help to better people's routine if the person feels they need it. When getting the products at first, I wasn't sure if the products would last long enough, but they definitely do and have definitely helped to clear my skin! Their rewards program is also phenomenal, especially considering the amount of things available for free with the rewards points that can be earned.

Simple Routine, Amazing Results!

I’d been looking for the right products some slowly changed my skin over time, but most didn’t work. I had a feeling this one would, and it totally did! Super simple routine. Even when I stopped using it for a while because of money, my skin didn’t break out for months! Definitely recommend if you want something simple and effective😊

That YourSkin has the best products and service.

I had one of the best follow-up experiences after purchasing the products. They made me feel special. They were there to answer any questions I had regarding the proper use of the products. As a customer, they were invaluable to me. I recommend their products and services to everyone. I have oily, acne-prone skin, and the Easy Detox Mask has been my ally. I also use the tinted moisturizer every day.

Worth the wait

At first, I was very disappointed in how long it took to receive my order, but now that I have it , it was worth the wait.
Has made a huge difference in my complexion and easy regimen, every product is amazing and absorbs immediately. My face looks and feels better than it has in 50 years!

True Value

This Y'our team is so amazing. I have been using them since 2022. Whether i have a question with my products or needing refills, they acknowledge, initiate and succeed my expectations. I have paused a couple of times because of the amount of products i have and they are so quick to follow up and complete my requests. I will be back in January. Loyal customer for years

I've been using Y'OUR skincare for years now and am constantly amazed that more people don't know about this company. I often get asked about my skincare routine, which is really simple thanks to Y'OUR. Their customer service is also amazing - they've always responded quickly and politely whenever I've had questions. I can't recommend enough!

Ever since i turned 20 y.o i started…

Ever since i turned 20 y.o i started having a breakout all over my face and i decided to give yourskin a try since i was told by some people that its better to have customized skincare products that fits my needs and ever since i used it the acne around my face started disappearing and healed so well and even the dark spots disappeared after awhile and now that im 21 y.o ive been feeling way better about myself ever since i used yourskin’s products and i didn’t have any bad breakouts ever since and i really do recommend it to everyone
