I purchased SkinCeuticals Tripeptide-R Neck Repair for over £100 after reading positive reviews and following the instructions carefully. Unfortunately, the product caused a severe reaction, leaving my neck extremely sore, red and sensitive. I had to stop using it because of the discomfort.

I contacted Your True Beauty to request a refund, but was told that if no manufacturing fault was found during inspection, I would only receive store credit. I feel this fails to take into account the severity of my reaction. Just because a product is not found to be faulty does not mean the customer’s experience and discomfort should be dismissed.

Despite explaining my concerns and asking the company to reconsider, the decision remained unchanged. I find this particularly disappointing given the high price of the product and the fact that I have no desire to purchase anything else from the store, where prices are also very expensive.

Overall, I am disappointed with both the product experience and the resolution offered. Spending over £100 on a product I can no longer use, only to be offered store credit instead of a refund, has left me feeling let down. I would be reluctant to purchase from this store ever again and would encourage others to consider my experience before buying. Stay away from this product!!!

I found Your True Beauty after a search of Dermalogica products on line and they provided a very competitive price. I checked to ensure that they are a legit company and the couple of reviews were positive. I went ahead and placed my order of over £200. A few days later my products arrived beautifully and well packaged. I was thrilled that I not only got the best price for my Dermalogica items but it came quickly with no hassle. Please be assured that this is a legit company providing an excellent and prompt service. I placed the order for skinCeuticals eye cream on Tuesday 28th October was delivered on Thursday 30th October. It was £16 cheaper than other leading brands, it is not a company I've heard of and there were only 2 reviews so I was a bit dubious but my gamble paid off! Excellent price, excellent service would highly recommend!

I have ordered Dermalogica products a few times now and have always found customer services and delivery excellent. I certainly find it hard to beat their prices on any other website. I will definitely use Your True Beauty again.
