Miko helped me with my enquiry and she has been the nicest person.
i bought a product which was faulty. Throughout the whole process, Miko has been very attentive and efficient in providing updates and providing very reasonable solutions.
I have had a few online purchases from overseas last 2 years where it was a scammer or I was not looked after and needed to dispute i get money back.
Miko gave me peace of mind from the beginning to the end whether it was turnaround time to ensure i got responses and my product in a timely manner despite the busy golden week holiday.
After Covid19, customer service has dropped a lot almost everywhere, but definitely not the case with Miko

Frais d'expedition exhorbitant
Beau produit mais les frais de port sont vraiment excessifs (22,95euros pour une peluche) et j'ai eu, en plus, la mauvaise surprise de recevoir une facture de frais de douane du transporteur (manque d'information sur le sujet de la part du site).
Avec les frais de port et de douane, j'ai payé 1,5 fois le prix de la peluche.
Ce sera donc ma 1ere et dernière commande chez eux.

UPSET STOMACH
I ordered an over the counter heartburn medication similar pepto or rolaids,or Tums.My wife is Japanese and liked it. It was shipped UPS and held in a CA warehouse by FDA. No release without Dr prescription and charges of $20 per day from UPS. So far YoYo will cancel order but want ME to pay storage fees. This is on 22 dollar item!

Très cher…. Par rapport à d.autre site
ce site est plus chers que d.’autre site.
Par exemple les granulés de placenta dhc est à 88,95€ alors sur le site wafuu est à 62,95€…
Tout s est bien passé commande arrive rapidement et bien emballés, Il y a beaucoup plus d’articles sur ce site qu’ailleurs.
