Purchased as a gift delivered direct to my niece as present. When she opened the parcel the honey had leaked over the content. I asked for a replacement and the company asked for photos. My niece sent photos by email direct to the seller. However going into the second week now and she still has not received a replacement. Rubbish customer service trying to contact the seller again to ask again for either replacement or refund.

I ordered some alchohol free drinks package for valentines day promised arrival 12 Feb .... Now i got a request to rate my Experience haha the Package was only Dispatched yesterday 23 Feb So THUS I HAVE GIVEN A 1 START RATING :-(

Fabulous selection of gifts and prompt delivery. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that I was hoping for the option for all 3 items to be delivered together as it was a gift.

Great product with great service.
Product arrived on time and although one of the jars was damaged in transit by rough handling by courier, it was replaced by Yumbles with no problem.
The jam is full of flavour and lovely to eat.

I ordered macarons for a friend's birthday. As she lives hundreds of miles away, I didn't get to taste them but she was very pleased with this gift and shared them with her whole family. No complaints!

I bought the breads as a little gift for my daughter and son in law as they are vegan and gluten free. They both loved it and said how tasty it was. The consistency of the bread was excellent and we will definitely be buying it again.

My husband was surprised when he was delivered his package but more than happy once he opened it .
It was absolutely delicious I even got a small piece to try will certainly use this service again

Lottery Shaw birthday letterbox treats ordered instead of a birthday card, recipient was thrilled to receive them

The accessibility to talk to a person is nill I have sent at least 5 emails regarding cancelling a subscription as the system will not allow me to cancel it ,and I keep getting the same email back .I also phoned and left a message and got no reply. I am now going to have to get my bank to block any further payments. It's a shame because I will never use this company again .

It’s now 2 weeks since placing the order and I’m still waiting for one of the two items. The delivery system Royal Mail needs a shake up. First parcel took 8 days and 2nd parcel had to be re sent as it was presumed lost. I also had to contact customer service twice as the first message was missed. Not a good experience all round

I ordered some cookie making sets to put in goodie bags, I had them personalised, they arrived quickly and were fabulous. Highly recommended

Sam gave excellent after sales service. He was so accommodating with my questions & couldn’t have been more helpful. I wasn’t sure if I would receive the gift before Christmas, delivery date was clearly stated, but I was delighted it did arrive. It’s a gorgeous piece of wood, almost too beautiful to chop on. The product sent was a get well gift and thoroughly enjoyed . Annoyingly the accompanying message was blank and consequently the re isn’t had mo idea who’d sent it .
It was only a few days after the planned delivery date did I ring to see if it had arrived that they realised it was from me .
