Here is a status report regarding the functional issues with DR.Fill. The seller promised to send a shop coupon, but in reality, they only offered a price higher than the sale price and did not provide the coupon. I sent multiple emails, but they consistently ignored me whenever it was inconvenient for them. Due to this lack of trust, I requested a refund through PayPal, which has now been successfully processed. Since the refund was issued just a few minutes after my request, it is highly likely that there is a history of refunds for similar issues.

Yurt Rock provides a massive musical pallet at a reasonable price, including samples and loops and even complete performances, Yurt Rock enables extraordinary experimentation. Using it in Ableton, I can jump start a project in any genre.
But buy on sale. You'll save a bundle.

I bought Pickpocket from Yurtrock to extract drums from loops. In practice it's unusable: every kick gets detected two or three times with no way to merge the duplicates, the transient view is just a dense cloud of markers you can't realistically edit, and almost half of the hi-hats aren't detected at all. Starting a process gives no indication anything is happening, and playback stops randomly.

I sent support a clear description, the actual sample and a screenshot, and asked for either a demonstration that the loop can be turned into usable drums, or a refund. The reply from Zane at Yurtrock support didn't address a single point I raised – it just stated that the plugin "supports kick, snare and hat detection", which is exactly what isn't working. His follow-up was equally generic: "feedback appreciated, forwarded to the team". No answer on the refund, no attempt to look at the sample.

I'm writing this in the hope that someone at Yurtrock other than Zane actually reads it. The issue is well documented and I'm still open to a real solution – but a refund request answered with copy-paste replies is not customer support. I'll update this review if the company responds properly.

Bought Clyde Stubblefield funky drummer. Tried to drop files into Reaper and Calkwalk . Didn't work in either !!!!

I've bought the complete bundle as a download, rather than the SSD, and found out that they have a downoad limit. Which is strange because I paid for it, a year ago, and they did not communicate a limit at all.
It's just the 3rd time I've tried to download all, since I recently have a hardisk to download all.
Reached out to their support via their contact form several times but got not respond at all.
Bad customer service!

The samples are not good.
The battery samples are useless. No dynamics possible.
Not enough samples to create a realistic drumkit.
Anybody can make wav files. That is not interesting at all.
Don't buy this.

AVOID! Terrible customer service.
The previews for a sample pack were for a different pack, I requested the correct files but instead of just sending me them I was given a discount code for the price of the purchase, so now I have to wait for the correct pack to go on sale or I'm out of pocket for their mistake.
And their "reviews" section is a scam, only positive reviews are published

They provided me with a fake serial number for Ayaic's Mix Monolith plug in

Avoid. Terrible customer service. I made a mistake while ordering (totally my fault, to be fair) and they just said "sorry, not our problem". Fair enough, my bad. A few hours later the same product was discounted by $100 and customer service denied make any sort of goodwill gesture as proper companies do. Will never buy from again.

Yurt Rock hands down creates the best loops and samples around from the world's greatest musicians. Beyond loops/samples they also offer tons of integrations with other drum samplers and VSTs like Maschine, Battery, Looper Pedals, etc.

some files wont download or they come up as blank audio...over and over

Scam. They sell you the product then wont let you download it. Support is non existant. Dont buy this

They sold a software package that crashed every time I tried to load it. Rather than screw around trying to fic it, I simply asked for a return authorization and a refund. They told me to go jump in a lake. I filed a BBB complain to which they never responded. They owe me $50 but otherwise suck.

Fantastic products! Every product I order from Yurt Rock is just awesome! I just placed my 4 or 5th order (I lost count...LOL) and the products are downloading as I write this. Highly recommended. Thanks, Yurt Rock, for making such great and affordable audio products. I am ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER! T.M.
