Purchase with caution. They send broken items and refuse to replace or refund. Paid 50$ for a headlight for my son's ebike. The light never worked. Customer service responded to emails in the beginning but then started ignoring me. It's been 5 months and no refund or replacement light sent.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. This company is horrendous. I ordered brakes for my ebike 4 months ago and there has still been no updates. I ask for a refund countless times but they stop responding after saying yes. I dmed them on TikTok and they lied saying they couldn’t see it. I comment and they delete it. Please don’t buy from them.

Do not buy from this place it is a scam, it will not shipp yourorder it'sa scam. It's been over a month and I have not received the forks or the brake kit I ordered for my son's bike contacted them several times they they replied back.
Only a few times lying. They said it'd be shipped in 3 days then they said it'd be shipped in 4 days then they told me it'd be shipped in 3 days then they told me it would be shipped again in 4 days still have not seen any change. Now it has been over a week and they will not return my email. I have reported it to my bank, which is Tri. County's bank and tri counties told me there's nothing they can do. Although tri county's bank website says that i'm back for for an item not shipped due to fraud, if record it before sixty days but my bank. It's also a fraud.lol just a warning, stay far away from this place.Don't get scammed like I did

This company is terrible. Their customer service is atrocious and they must be fraudulent. They run their ecommerce platform through Shopify and do not deliver on their orders. Do not purchase from their site via the 3rd party app Shopify. They will not ship your products and it takes them two weeks or more to respond to a simple e-mail. I will be contacting the BBB and filing a formal complaint with my bank to recoup funds for fraudulent business practices. I strongly advise to steer clear of this company for any E-bike component purchase.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with YX Mods. I paid for my order, received confirmation, and was later told the product was “on its way” along with a tracking number. However, the tracking information clearly showed the package never even made it to the shipping facility.

Communication was poor or nonexistent, and repeated attempts to get updates or a resolution went nowhere. At this point, it feels like they were happy to take my money without actually fulfilling the order.

Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from this company. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect transparency, accountability, or reliable customer service.
