I don’t use my computer very often, but about three months ago I used ZAK Learning to get Office 365. Everything was working perfectly at the time. However, after not using my computer for a while, I recently turned it on and found that the software was no longer working.

I emailed ZAK Learning on Sunday night asking for help, and by Monday morning I had a very helpful response waiting for me. They clearly explained what they thought had gone wrong (me not following the instructions right) and provided simple, step-by-step instructions on how to fix it.

I followed their instructions, and it worked perfectly! I’m really impressed with their fast response and how easy they made it to solve the issue. Excellent customer service – would definitely recommend!

I had an issue with getting my purchased software to work properly and it was causing me no end of stress - fearful of permanently losing the software somehow, or not being able to progress with the extensive file creations to date.
I emailed the Support team and got a response incredibly quickly.
No amount of stupid questions and step by step checks with screenshots were too much bother. Fabian was unbelievable - very patient, clear in the guidance, and I was treated courteously and respectfully, and at no time like the luddite I am.
The super-speedy support and guidance I received when needed was such a relief and I'd recommend Zak Learning unreservedly. They'll be my first stop for future need / purchases.

I bought Microsoft Office from Zak Learning through WOWcher and wanted to use it on my iPad, but couldn’t install it even though Google said they are compatible. I emailed Zak not expecting any response, but Kelly emailed me back the next day to say MS Office isn’t compatible with an iPad and is going to send me a refund, excellent stuff, thank you, Kelly 👍👍

Had an issue with installation and Fabian replied promptly and solved the issue first time. The instruction were very thorough and easy to follow despite my technophobia. First class service.

Initially I was sent an expired product key for a product (not great) but I then received excellent customer service from Fabienne who took the time to resolve the situation via email, and then at length over the telephone ensuring my installation had no further barriers. Thanks Fabienne!

Got a great deal from Zak leaning on Office 2016 Provisional via Wowcher, problem registering via online, contacted Zak Learning support and got immediate response, as advised by detailed instruction from Zak support, I registered the product using the 0800 free phone number via mobile smartphone, this worked out great, I was given the option of receiving a txt with a activation link on my smartphone, all went well with product installation ID entry and conformation ID entry, my copy of Windows Office 2016 Provisional is now activated, thank you.

Kelly responded to my enquiry (read plea for help after all other avenues of my limited knowledge were exhausted) really quickly and courteously. She spent the time to provide a step-by-step "idiots guide" to help me getting through my problem which was really appreciated and I am pleased to say that it worked like a dream, first time, and normal service has been resumed. OUTSTANDING SUPPORT, there are an awful lot of companies out there that could learn a thing or two about Customer Service from the team at Zak Learning

I upgraded to a more recent version of Office. I was struggling to activate the new version. I had two comprehensive emails from Fabian, showing me all the steps. Top marks.

I had a problem with installing Office 2019 so emailed for support. The response was fast and they fixed the problem for me.

Excellent customer service. Would buy from them again.

I bought MS Word software, it turns out to be a pirated version that does not work completely, where I get notifications every time at startup and not all functions work. Since today, Word no longer works at all and I received the message that the maximum number of times of the activation has been exceeded. Contacting Zak seems impossible. I get emails back with the message that the email address is not active. So asking for my money back is impossible. So honor looks like a scam.

Have purchased office 2024 so I can have access to word, excel etc so that I can do my own bits of paperwork. Paid a great price and unfortunately my laptop did a reset and I couldn’t get on to office so couldn’t do my paperwork. Contacted Zak learning and sorted it out. Great service thanks.

Bought Microsoft package through Wowcher. Successfully installed but it stopped working after a week. I've tried contacting them twice over the last fortnight but I've not had a response so will need to try escalate via Wowcher

Update - after seeing my review zaklearning got in touch. They provided me with instructions several times but each time the product key they provided came up with an error to say it had already been activated up to the limit of the multiple activation key. They continued to send the same instructions and product key each time I reached out for help. I ended up buying this from another merchant and installed it within 5 minutes, no problem, so it was definitely the key which was the problem. They eventually refunded me

Exceptional Service from Fabian Rickettes – Thank You!

I recently purchased the Microsoft Package from Zak Learning, and while I was really excited to get started, I hit a roadblock trying to install it. As someone with ADHD, I often find it incredibly difficult to follow technical instructions, and this was no exception, it quickly became overwhelming.

That’s when I decided to call for support, and I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Fabian Rickettes. From the moment he answered the phone, Fabian was kind, patient, and incredibly understanding. He walked me through the entire process step by step, never once rushing or making me feel inadequate. It’s rare, so rare to receive this level of genuine, human-centered customer service these days, specially in the UK. Fabian made what felt like an impossible task completely manageable, and I truly can’t thank him enough.

This experience has not only left me feeling supported but also incredibly impressed with Zak Learning as a whole. Their courses and products are top-quality, very well-priced, and clearly backed by a team that cares.

Wonderful and extremely helpful in resolving a technical issue with my email profile. Fabian was not only patience but guided me, for over an hour, until my issue was resolved. Cannot thank Fabian enough - definitely would encourage friends to use Zak Learning services.

Ok, I have bought their Microsoft Office 2024 which installed but not from the media, they have sent, its just a fake installer that connects to microsoft website and downloads the latest office (365) FREE version that i should be able activate with the code received from them. Of course the code said it was already used too many times. Upon contacting Microsoft they have said its a valid code but its part of a volume licence, the owner of the licence has NO RIGHT TO RESELL the individual codes, its only for the members of their company, it is software piracy and you have no right to install and use it. while the activation can be circumwented by phone activation, and then the software can be used, it is STILL A PIRATED software as you have acquired it illegally, and not knowing the law is still a breach of law...
Furthermore, the owner of the actual volume licence can any time rewoke the rights of the individual codes, so it might works for a few months or weeks and then abruptly stop as some of the buyers have already confirmed it.

My voucher code arrived quickly but I then had a problem activating it. I ccontacted support@zaklearning and had really prompt response again with full step by step instructions on how to install the Microsoft package. All round 5 star service and support from Fabian

I was having trouble activating the software but with their help and support we got there. Cant thank them enough.

Developed a problem with MS Office interacting with a previous installation of Office 365. Fast and effective solution provided by Fabian and Kelly in double quick time. I can’t praise them enough for going above and beyond to solve my issue.
