I purchased a Microsoft application through Wowcher and Zak learning.
The installation was a little problematic but the product is excellent, meets all my needs and I look forward to years of use.
Zak learning responded to my requests for help with the installation and were pleasant to deal with.

I received the software and a licence key. I can't get it to activate the software. I've tried several times to get some help, but the 'help' didn't work either. I've asked for a refund twice before, but just got more "help" which again didn't work. I've AGAIN asked for a refund. I want my money back NOW or I'll take this further!!!!

Absolutely love the software!. Due to my lack of experience with technology, I had a few issues setting up so I contacted Zak Learning who resolved the issues almost immediately....setting up a call, followed up with an Email to ensure that my 'issues' were resolved.

Zak learning responded to my one star review with a blatant lie!
They were not answering calls on Friday as it was a holiday.
I called so many times even using the emergency option and just got cut off.
In your reply you ask for my telephone number?
Someone called Ben called me Friday and said he could see that I had called numerous times. He informed me it was a holiday and no one was available. This is now weeks of trying to get someone to resolve it.
The really unsettling part of all this is I was told that no one was keen to help me (by Ben) due to my one star review!
You got a one star review because you don’t help and you certainly don’t listen!

I really don’t want to deal with your company anymore. I eoukd like a full refund.,

If your response to this is again fabricated nonsense (lie) I will take the matter further.

I managed to lose my product key email, contacted customer services, they resent all the info to me the following morning.

Purchased a product key didn’t work had instructions from company still didn’t work despite installation instructions as per their email emailed in response requesting refund had no reply

Not happy so far. I ordered 2 licenses, paid for 2 but only one works.
I've contacted the help desk. Response was reasonably fast, but incorrect. Still doesn't work.
I'm still awaiting a solution, but it's a difficult process, and I still did not receive what I paid for.

Problem with initial product key activation, issue was dealt with swiftly and I'm now up and running👍

What made my experience great? Well, I got in a bit of a mess installing my software. I was a bit reluctant to email ZAK Learning, as I'm just an ordinary chap who can quickly fix broken heating systems, but apparently not software. However, I needn't have feared, as Fabian's email fix certainly sorted it out, for which I'm very grateful.

Downloaded my package worked great, then realised I had a message asking for a key, I hadn't uploaded everything correctly, I sent ZAK Learning an email and had a reply the following morning, unfortunately still not able to resolve so called and spoke to Fabian who resolved the issue remotely.

I spoke to Fabian this afternoon as I was having an issue downloading my software. I had previously purchased software from Zak - Learning a few years ago for my main PC, which works great but I also required additional software for my laptop that I had just acquired. Fabian was fabulous and sorted my issues out and went above and beyond! Thanks so much!

Bought Microsoft Office 2024 via Wowcher. Had a problem getting it to install on my laptop. So I emailed Zak's support department with a screenshot. I had a reply in less than 24 hours with a potential solution. It looked complicated but with a little bit of Google help I managed to follow the instructions. Now I have a fully working Office on my laptop. So to anyone having a problem, contact them. It worked for me. Happy to recommend them and to leave this review.

I downloaded "Microsoft Office 24" but I cannot open the application I tried to support but it would not let me get support it showed my email and password were wrong so I clicked password reset but I did not get email for to reset my password.

Not the most technical person and called Fabian who sorted all. Very helpful and great customer service

I bought MS Office 2019 and was having trouble installing it. They have been vey helpful to me in getting the product installed. Appreciate their help.

My purchase of Windows 10 pro failed and support was not very helpful.

Activated by Phone, easy online process, you send them a online code number, and they text you back with there online code, typed in code, click OK, and it activated.

My wife Ana purchased Office 2024 Professional Pro via Wowcher for her new laptop and had several problems trying to download Microsoft Office and activating the product Key.
We have read some negative comments on here regarding this, but couldn't disagree more.
Kelly and Fabian from customer services were extremely helpful and prompt with their replies, which were clear even for non technology savvy people!
Please note that the issues were not related to the product or product key, one major issue being a current problem with Chrome when trying to download apps.
Microsoft Office 2024 is now activated and all appears to be working normally.
Once again, thank you Kelly and Fabian!

Bought Windows 2024 via Wowcher.
All instructions were given on how to install the product, worked fine for a week then the licence went into read only mode. Initially thought I had been ripped off, however emailed them querying the issue.
I got instructions within 24 hours on how to address the issue and the product is now working fine.
