This is so bad
This is so bad, buying from zamoclix.com for the very first time with this bad experience, I bought a bag $320, and called back to cancel the order and get my refund back, it been 4wks now I didn't hear from them or get my refund back.

Scam!
I placed my order and my card was charged the same day. 10 days later I went to track the status of my order to which it showed cancelled the same day. My card was never issued a credit. I contacted this company to discuss, but never received a clear answer on why they charged me, then cancelled it. I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company.

The first day I received my merchandise…
The first day I received my merchandise I noticed it was defected. The Stitching on the bottom of the backpack was defective. I informed them the first day. This is the 3rd day. I’m trying to get the RMA number they want send it to me . Now I’m in a place where I’m ready just to file a claim. I’m so dissatisfied with customer service. The first thing they should’ve asked me what can we do to make it better.Do I want a replacement or not. No they want me to send pictures
Of proof and evidence. I did that. I love this merchandise but it was defective. Now I’m so disgusted I just don’t want to do business anymore with this company.
