ZanZo Casino was an EXIT SCAM. Was never able to complete the KYC. Customer service was nonexistent

Bought the 39.99 for 200 SC package, won enough to redeem, tried to verify my account but got an error every time, contacted support and got no response. Owners of the website have now shut down the website. Scammers.

Got an email about this site on June 4th so I signed up and did the welcome bonus, like every other site that I become aware of. Anyways after I spun through the welcome package, I won a total of $214 that was then redeemable. Just need to verify like always to initiate the redemption of the payment. The problem with Zanzo was that it would never allow you to verify your account. It would error out every single time. So I emailed support about it (which spoiler alert.. Zanzo casino had no customer support. They only lied and said they did) and figured they would reach back out. Then the next day I tried about 10 more times to verify and redeem and same issue. So I waited one more day and then suddenly.. the website is offline and I have been completely scammed out of my winnings of $214. I'm not the only one judging by the responses from others on this page. This is by far the worst "social casino" site of all time. Lets just ignore all customers requests to verify their accounts and walk away with all their money. Complete and total scam

Horrible customer service been trying to get help for the past days and they are no help they never paid me my last reedem of 105 been waiting days now no response no reply and now their site says js down or removed like total scammed over 105

Can't verify account to redeem. Every time I tried to verify a internal error message popped up. Tried contact customer support but no answer. I should've known the 200 SC for $39.99 deal was too good to be true. They only accept crypto so customers can't do charge backs Im guessing. Great place to get scammed!

The support does not help o bought a package and never received anything I’m messaging everywhere and nothing don’t scam and reply Zanzo lawsuit will be incoming for this site in Delaware if the appropriate action is not taken with helping with the accounts too many people stating scams they will have to repay everyone back

Zanzo isnt paying out withdraws they keep spamming emails with sales they will never pay out theyre 39.99 for 200 pack is pointlesss cause you can only withdraw 50 of the 200 cause theyre shady scammers that play by convoluted TOS to roll theyre players up and not pay them. Report Scamzo Scamsino to deleware gaming regulators say they are running an illegal crypto casino. Report every crypto addy they tell you to deposit into run these low lifes into the ground make it hard for them to scam the next.
They will never cash you out its been 2 weeks for me and my account has been KYC'd since march no support response no nothing.

Wish I would have read before purchasing I only spent 30 bucks but I can’t verify my account no one replies ! Been trying to verify my account keeps saying internal server error.

LETTING THESE CASINOS MANIPULATE THEIR WEBSITE NAMES, ALLOWING "5STAR" REVIEWS FROM PROFILES WITH 1 SINGLE RATING ETC IS GOING BACK ON WHAT THE WHOLE POINT OF THIS WEBSITE IS FOR. Edit- Zanzo has now shut down. They had all of these great deals just to shut down the website. Simply disgusting. Cant believe this. Sick of these casinos having the abilility to do this.

Verified user since March, have deposited a few times but recently just won 300SC. Have put in my redemption and now im waiting. I will update my review once i hear something. The casino isnt bad at all, has good deals and decent amount of providers. They also have good deals so i hope everything goes smoothly.

edit June 4th 2026: It’s been a week and still no redemption or nothing from support whom iv messaged over 5 times. I have however gotten a ton of promo emails. Judging by the other reviews I’m getting a bit weird about getting my money after buying several packages and already being verified

Absolutely the worst, ive been trying to cash out for days. I have attempted to verify my account 1000 plus times to no avail. I've only gotten repeated error messages when I click verify button. Support? Unresponsive. Live chat? It's just for show. Everytime you attempt a live chat it is kicked to creating a ticket after 2 min. And the support chat says 1 min until connected with an agent but nope.

So I can't verify my account because I keep getting an error message. So I can't withdrawal my winnings.There's no response from customer service either. WTF who runs a site like this?!

Truly a great social casino! I’ve been treated really well since day one. I had a very concerning experience with Zanzo.

Before a reported platform/server maintenance event, I won over 2,000 SC on slots. After the maintenance concluded, my winnings disappeared from my account balance entirely.

I contacted support immediately and was told there had been a “serious platform outage” and datacenter-related issues affecting the site. Support acknowledged the incident and confirmed my case was escalated to their technical team, and I provided screenshots of both my winning from the slot and incoming transaction history as evidence.

My frustration is that communication has been extremely limited, and I still have not received a clear timeline or resolution regarding the missing balance.

I understand outages can happen, but when player balances and winnings are affected, transparency and timely communication are critical.

I hope Zanzo resolves this issue fairly and restores confidence in their platform.

Love the layout of the site. They’ve got a great mix of games and the daily rewards are actually worth it. Since it’s crypto only, payments are smooth and simple to use. Definitely one of the better sites I’ve played on. No complaints here.

Awesome experience!! I cashed out 3K and at first I was a little worried because it took a few days while they did their internal review, but they did release the hold and paid me out with no issues. Honestly, I thought it might be a scam like a lot of people do, but I was completely wrong. They paid big time! Just wish I hadn’t played back the extra 4K I had left after hitting the machine.

Every 5 star review on this casino is a lie with each reviewer having 1 single review and it's only this casino site.
