I gave them 1 star because I had to give something to be able to write a review! PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! I ORDERED 3 SHIRTS ON AUG 27 AND I'M JUST RECEIVING MY SHIRTS ON TODAY, SEPTEMBER 24 ALMOST A MONTH LATER. I MADE SEVERAL PHONE CALLS, EMAILS AND RECEIVED 2 DIFFERENT TRACKING INFORMATION. this is the worse company to deal with. No people to speak to, and under no circumstances will they take a return, only if the item is defective. I have purchases many items online. And never encounter this problem. Order your shirts somewhere else.

Good at ignoring customers
Stay away from this company at all costs. I ordered a T-shirt 2 months ago and received an email that my order had been shipped. If it has it never made it to my house. I have emailed them twice to no avail. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I ordered a T-shirt, Large. They sent a medium. I asked them to replace it with a Large and after weeks of emails they agreed. The shirt never showed up. They said it got lost and they would refund my money, but they couldn’t refund the shipping fee because this was charged by another company. A reputable company would eat the shipping fee and refund it.
I have not received my refund yet and really don’t expect to.
By the way the shirt material is poor quality
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE __ BAD PRODUCT_ NO CUSTOMER CARE

They stole my money
I ordered a shirt for my birthday and they have not sent me any confirmation e-mail with my order information. "Dino" took the money off my credit card (same amount it cost me to order the shirt with shipping included) but I have not received my shirt whatsoever. I have contacted them and only got word they would contact me back within 2 days but have not heard from them at all. I am not impressed and I truly hope the people of Zazano can find it in their hearts to stop scamming people and stealing their money because it is truly WRONG. With me being a Christian, I pray that God shows them the true error of their ways.

I ordered my XXL Father’s Day shirt on the 7th it is now the 21st and I have not received any emails on order confirmation or that it’s been shipped I try to contact the shop but the number is currently out of order. I’m super frustrated with this site I was so excited for him to see his shirt. This site seemed high quality looking through. There needs to be consistent communication with customers.

Ordered a Phil Collins tee v-neck…
Ordered a Phil Collins tee v-neck women’s xxl-they say it is an 18-20. I wear a size 16 and this shirt is about a size 10-12. The printing is horrible-doesn’t look like Phil Collins at all. Material is very thin. Paid $31.95 for a piece of junk. They will not allow me to return it, only want to refund 50% of my money and don’t want the shirt back-they said throw it away! That’s crazy-a brand new unworn shirt. Scam company-never seen one this bad! Don’t buy ANYTHING from these criminals!
