I placed a last minute order for about 15 shirts. Not only did I receive my shirts by deadline, they were exactly what I had in mind while ordering. Service was friendly and transaction was very easy. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

The color was a little different shade of blue than what I saw online, but everybody still loved the shirts.

Ordered one shirt from this store and have recieved no emails or any information if it is even being made or sent. It has been 2 weeks (the final receipt said 3-10 business days). I sent an email to the company and have never recieved any responses either. I do not reccommend this store at all.

If you're seeing reviews below that mention "great customer service", that review is 100% fake. Their customer service doesn't even exist. If you call, during their listed business hours, you get a robot voice saying you're being connected then it just beeps to a voicemail. If you use the contact form on the site, you get an auto response saying someone will contact you and no one ever does. I've emailed 7 times and gotten only auto replies. I purchased a shirt on Dec 13th and haven't even gotten a shipping notification as of today, the 28th. Absolute garbage webstore. DO NOT USE.

SO upset... I ordered a hoodie for my family for Christmas. 9th business day it still says Printing so I sent them an email. Automatic reply says then to wait 24 to 48 hours for one of them to respond, so since I still had some time until Xmas, I waited. Not only no one replied EVER, they just sent the product while after that, way over the time range they say on the site (15 business day or so) they sent it regular shipping, so it did NOT make it in time for Christmas. I apologized to my family but it was awful feeling. Do NOT buy from this company. The quality wasn’t good neither. Not at all worth the money I paid. So disappointed in myself for choosing them.

The staff was so very helpful, and my T-shirts turned out great! I was very pleased with my purchase, and will shop again!

My family placed a few separate orders that ended up turning out great, however it was a little difficult to get them ordered correctly. Some orders were processed very quickly and others took a bit more time since there were complications and confusion. We loved the shirts and ended up raising some money towards our benefit! Thank you.

My only issue was that i wanted the exact placement of something and even after the proof and requesting a revision it was still in the wrong spot. It wasn't a huge deal so i approved it.

Order Confirmation #1230008494 - Knew I wouldn't receive my item by Christmas, but this is ridiculous. My order was marked received two weeks ago, then nothing... Tried calling and emailing multiple times, but never got an answer and the voicemail is full. I understand if there is a delay, but that needs to be communicated to the customer!

Took my money. No merchandise, no reply to status update. Not happy to see many others have the same problem. Have to agree it's a scam. I too will report to regulatory agencies and bureaus.

I guess I'm not alone. I placed an order on 12/14. Nothing from them after that point. I emailed 3 times, called at least 5 times - goes right to a recording that says the mailbox is full, so no way to reach anyone directly. The status on the site said "Printing" for a couple of weeks now. ZAZANO, I too will report this business if nothing is done. Bet on it.

I ordered a Christmas t-shirt on the 10th of Dec. at that time the website was advertising that if you placed an order before the 12th it would arrive before Christmas which obviously it hasn't arrived. Their policy states they will send out an email once it's shipped, but of course I haven't received that either. I've taken it upon myself and have tracked my order it didn't even ship until Dec. 20 which I was iffy it'd arrive before Christmas at that point. Still keeping faith I didn't do anything at that time. Now it's Dec. 26 a day after Christmas and once again tracked my order which has an ETA of Dec. 28th way to late to even be able to give this shirt as a "Christmas gift" anymore. I will be pursuing a full refund due to their failure of delivering the order at the time the company committed to!

Can I give zero stars!? This is a scam and I will be filing complaints with the appropriate government agencies and my back unless I receive my order pronto! Do you hear that Zazano!? I placed an order on Dec. 10th and no response from my email and no one picks up when I call with a full voicemail box. A clear pattern with this "company." Unless I either get my product next day or a full refund, I will be reporting to the Attorney General, my bank and other applicable agencies. I will also be supplying information for others who were scammed to do the same.

Update: in order to reply, this review has been edited. my order number is 1230003358. I find it hard to believe that it was sent out d/t the number of complaints from others. I am requesting a full refund (including shipping costs) as it says on your website that satisfaction guaranteed or 100% refund.

**Update from previous 1 Star Review: after posting honest & negative reviews here and on their Facebook page- also after sending a private Facebook & opening a dispute case through Pay Pal- I was contacted by a Zazano rep. They acknowledged the lateness of my order, attempted to send to me overnight but shipping completed the order before seeing the overnight instruction from their rep. Due to this, I was refunded in full & finally received my order today. I am pleased with the quality & would consider ordering from them again, but would do so 3-4 weeks in advance.**

My experience is the same as many others- order placed, they got paid, but I have heard nothing since- going on 2 weeks now. "Customer Service" mailbox is full & automated response to email inquiry states 24-48 hours to respond?? How is that customer service? I would not recommend using Zazano!!
