Don’t use this company if customer service is important to you. If you have any problems with your order, they are next to impossible to contact and take FOREVER to reply, so you will be S.O.L.

Order #1230001070 never showed up, received an email saying someone would look into my order status but never got back to me. Their confirmation email advertised my order would be guaranteed for Christmas If I ordered before the 12th. I placed this order December 8th. False advertising, very unprofessional. Hire more customer service agents and printers, please. You can't be this backed up during the holidays and expect to survive as a company.

Was told would receive a confirmation when shipped. Never received such confirmation.

T-shirt has not arrived yet two weeks later.

Tried to reach out three days ago with no response.

Was charged promptly after order.

What is the status? Becoming frustrated.

This is a terrible company to reach out to. My order did not come but be sure they got paid. So I tried to reach out to them but had no luck. I called and emailed no answer. This order was promised before Christmas delivery, it didn’t happen. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a tshirt on December 11 and got a confirmation. Have heard nothing since. Have tried to contact them 2x and voice mail full.

Brilliant advice and service from start to finish could not have asked for better !!

Order # 123000881. Waiting for response to 3 emails checking in on delivery status. Trying to be fair and giving benefit of doubt but losing hope on this transaction. Ordered 2 shirts on December 14th.

Ordered 4 items from zazano. Big mistake - no customer service, no response to emails and no items for Christmas. I will be reporting to proper authorities. My order #'s are 1230003480 and 1230003521. Worst experience ever!!! Sally

I ordered a shirt weeks ago and now I cant get a response from them. The shirt will not be here on time for XMas, and no one answers the phone. I will never shop here again and don't recommend anyone else!

At best, this is a terrible company to do business with and might possibly be a scam. I ordered Christmas gifts from the company at the beginning of December. They charged my credit card and took my money, but I have not received what I have paid for.

The company's order confirmation page indicates that they need at least 10 business days to send you their products. It also indicates that they will email you a notification once your products have been mailed. Both of these are false statements.

You do not receive a shipping notification so you have no means to track the package. Additionally, they do not comply with their own shipping period. What's even more egregious is that this company does not provide you a valid mechanism to communicate with their customer service. The email goes to an automatic response and their voicemail is full.

Do NOT use this company. They will swindle you out of your money.

I placed an order for a tshirt on December 10 and never received an email confirnation. Luckily i paid through paypal and have filed a dispute. They charged my paypal and i received nothing. No response to email sent on paypal receipt. PhPhone number on paypal receipt is an invalid number. Phone number on website says mailbox is full.

You did not supply and email to reply to. I do not have order number bc i never received a confirmation.

I've tried to order a shirt from Zazano with a Visa card & also an American Express card. There's plenty of money on both cards but they're declined each time I try to use them. That's not right & I want to hear what your reason is for this. It makes me feel like the entire site is maybe nothing but a scam. I'll be looking for an answer or reason soon & if one doesn't come, I'll know I was probably correct about this being a scam or someone that really doesn't care so much about their customers. I can't help but to feel that way right now. I really was looking forward to giving my brother this shirt because the shirt has his favorite nascar driver (retired) and the year my brother was born is on it. He really needs a pick me up right now and I was sure this shirt would be it. I don't mind telling you that I'm very upset right now. If you have a heart, I'll be looking for an email with an explanation. If I don't get one, I'll just have to (strongly) suggest to other customers that told me they're planning to order shirts too that they probably want to find a different site to order their shirts from! I can't just keep quiet and let them order all those shirts knowing they may never get them or even hear back from the seller!

On December 10, I ordered a hoodie and two tee shirts for my daughter’s Christmas gift. The web page guaranteed delivery in 6-10 days, the page also guaranteed delivery before Christmas if you ordered before December 12. I immediately received an order confirmation. On December 16, I tried to call into customer service. No answer and the voicemail box was full, so I sent an e-mail. I didn’t have a response yet on the 18th, so I tried again with the same results. Today, December 19, I tried again, via Facebook. Apparently I was finally upset enough to warrant a response. They will not deliver by Christmas. Luckily (I hope) I was able to find 2 of the 3 items on spreadsheet.com. I had to pay 41.99 for express shipping, but I may have a gift for Christmas. I just hope they are nothing like Zazano.

TL;DR their response does not change my review, however if anyone is curious:

Zanzano.com has clarified that:
(1) the 6-10 working day guarantee isn’t up yet (today was day 8) but that they cannot deliver before Christmas (the order was for Christmas gifts, they guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery on orders placed before December 12, and Christmas Eve will be working day 10... so I acknowledge it is day 8 and nevertheless assert zazano admits there is no way they will meet either of their guaranteed deadlines)

(2) zazano indicate they have issued a refund, but will still send the items (I already express ordered the same or similar items for Christmas from another seller, see original review above, I will donate the late-shipped items to a local charity.)

(3) I don’t think they understand what the problem is: Had they responded in a timely manner, I could have ordered the items elsewhere. When they realized they could not fulfill the agreement, they didn’t notify me. Had I not posted negative reviews, I doibt they would have contacted me at all. I would have simply had no gifts for my daughter for Christmas. They knew, they did nothing, when asked, they ignored. I understand Christmas is a busy season, as should a retailer.

If you are behind, TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS ABOUT IT. Don’t ignore them. Once you realize you cant meet your obligations, send an e-mail. It isn’t complicated.

Hire additional seasonal help like most retailers this time of year. Do what you can, just DON’T LIE by omission.

Lots of things are forgivable. This isn’t.

They have wretched customer service. I strongly recommend you shop elsewhere.

i wish I could give less than one star....the phone number doesnt work..says to leave a voice message and if you dont it hangs up on you...secondly they do not respond to emails...shirts ordered on the 6th and nothing...be very wary of this one guys...

OKAY SO THERE YOU HAVE IT..THEY MAKE STUFF UP....THEY CLAIM A TRACKING NUMBER IS IN MY EMAIL FOR SURE.....LOL..MY SON ORDERED NOT ME...SO TELL ME HOW CAN THEY SEND ME A TRACKING NUMBER FOR AN ORDER THAT DID NOT EXIST..NOR DO THEY HAVE MY EMAIL.....SCAM...

Altough pretty busy due to christmas everything on time with minor issues. I ordered 4 shirts in different sizes and different colours, very good shirt quality, very good print quality.

Great quality tshirts. we would use them again and would recommend to friends and family.

Received cases really quickly, the service was good received emails when dispatched. The case look amazing so happy I found this site to order from. They fit really well as I have trouble finding cases for my iphone xs. Very happy with my order.

The address they use is NOT an address that belongs to them. Their customer service phone number goes nowhere. Don't be sucked into this scam. Put their phone number into Google and watch what comes up - nothing! The address they use is not THEIR address. They are not listed in Florida as doing business and the complaints are ROLLING in. Check out their domain name through GoDaddy and you'll see there is NO transparency. The reviews left below are not even believable. Do a search for Zazano.com and you'll see they are listed as a company out of Denmark. Really? Then why are you using a Florida address that has NO CLUE who you are? Stop ripping off people through Facebook and your SCAM website, as the seniors in Florida can't afford to lose their money.
