Hey there, unfortunately the pictures had scratches on them or were too blurry to use ( I will try to reformat it into 600 DPI). Thankfully two out of the lot were salvageable. Unfortunately, they were testers and I will have to use a different paper format for my project. I will reorder the new test batch and hope for the best.

Customer service saved the otherwise sketchy purchase
Right out of the gate, first purchase, there was a significant problem. I ordered a product that the title of it was guest book. And when I looked at the details, it said guest book.However, when as I look back now, i can see now that they ask for sizes that appear to be poster sizes. The description did not say poster. I ordered what I thought was a guest book only to find out indeed.It was a poster. I found the description on many of the products less than adequate and the pricing far exceeds other venues, such as etsy or amazon. Also, the pricing isn't always transparent, and they charge for shipping. The only reason I continued on with my zazzle order was their customer service, it was excellent. I was able to show them a screenshot, and they understood the problem. They gave me back the shipping, which at first they were not going to do. Once they understood the issues they gave ut back. This was not a case of not liking something that I ordered but completely being misled about what it was that I was ordering. They helped me with a further discount and they helped me get the right order. I don't know that I will ever order for from their company again. Because across-the-board, it's a lot more expensive. And if I do I will proceed with caution as far as whatever I do buy. However, if you are buying from zazzel, don't hesitate to reach out to their customer service. If you're having a difficulty, because they will help you and they will be kind. Their customer service saved this transaction.And because of how they handled themselves, i'm not deleting my profile

Could use a larger viewing area when browsing to see details. An area with easy to read ideas for how to write invitations would be a great help.

Last 3 Custom Prints Automatically Resized Without Consent
I order a lot from Zazzle being one of the few companies that custom print on tissue paper I require for my business; however, the last 3 of my orders they took it upon themselves to "resize" my work on the paper even though I intentionally sized the design to fit my project. I then have to deal with their (lack) of customer service and try and get them to reprint the correct size without charging me more. I've been reassured with each time that there is a "note on my file" that my orders won't be automatically resized without my consent but apparently there's either no note or on one bothers to read it. I'm beyond frustrated with this company and wish there were better options. If you have any other company option to use - use it and don't bother with Zazzle!
