Great Quality Mug

Well-made, sturdy, and the print is clear and vibrant. Exactly as expected and arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend.

A little disappointed that the pattern on the ribbon was not on both sides. When you tie the bow the white is very noticeable.

Words cannot express what an awful experience I had with Zazzle. I placed an order for save the dates (insert cards and envelopes). The production team changed my approved design without notice, luckily I caught this before it shipped and was able to cancel and replace the order. The insert cards were supposed to have rounded edges, however, the production team did not follow these instructions. When the envelopes arrived the quality was TERRIBLE. Rough white edges on colored paper and black and white ink markings on every single envelope, these never should have passed quality control. I spoke to a customer service representative and they shipped a replacement order for both products. I received the insert cards today after delays with "expedited" shipping and there arrived with the exact same issues as the first order. I have yet to receive the replacement envelopes. It is clear that this company lacks attention to details, has zero pride in quality product, and clearly does not care about providing a positive customer experience. This has hands down been the worst printing experience I have ever had and has caused major frustrations and delays in sending out save the dates for my upcoming wedding. If you are considering Zazzle for your wedding printing needs, I would look elsewhere to avoid any disappointment!

We ordered 3 custom ribbons (sash) that we place across the doorway on our short term rental properties depending on the occasion. All turned out perfect. Ordered preciously for another rental.

You can trust ordering from Zazzle! Their service and delivery is very prompt. Their customer service is excellent in handling returns and processing refunds. I ordered two shirts and they came exactly as ordered. However, I ordered two smaller size. I submitted a request for refund and it was granted within minutes.
The replacement order was received in a short order which was great at this busy time of the year

The stickers I had ordered were nice, but they weren’t made from as good quality sticker material I was expecting. They weren’t cheap by any means, but they weren’t great.

I am amazed at how quickly my order arrived. The quality is lovely and I know my friend will love it!
