Does not Fully Transfer
The stamp is for our business name/logo to stamp flat paper bags. The stamp does not fully transfer despite multiple attempts and methods to get it to imprint. Only gives partial words and images; we can't use ours for any purpose.

Hit reorder, but it's not the same colors.
The only reason I am giving a lower review is because the ornaments I ordered are very dark. I have an ornament from 2022 and I tried to reorder the same one, but the color doesn't match the old ones. The new one is a darker reddish/ brown rather than nice "Christmasy" red, and the photo of my son's face is darker as well.

UPDATE. The customer support reached out and offered me a replacement. The new one came in perfect. Thank you!
The stamp quality is ok. There're some artifacts around my logo that were not cut out well enough. So everytime I stamp there are small residual lines all over. Also one corner seems to be slightly lower than the other 3, so the border in my design never prints fully.

It was okay
It was okay. I've ordered from Zazzle a lot! This card was a little lower quality and more expensive than usual. It also had a huge "ZAZZLE" in an intrusive spot. Missed the mark on this one.

The product I purchased (golf balls)…
The product I purchased (golf balls) had surface imperfections, and for $10 a ball that is unacceptable. Even as an amateur this will affect my play negatively. Zazzles return policy is limiting, I would have appreciated the option for a credit of the affected balls, rather than returning the whole order, as the majority of the items are acceptable.
