I submitted a design in JPG format which had a royal blue background but the name badges arrived with a purple background. Not sure how to specify royal blue for a replacement order.

Do not trust this vendor. I ordered calling cards, picked out every thing and the sample on the order looked great. Charged to my credit card.... received the cards and instead of the wording on the card being printed in black (as it showed on order) they used the same blue ink used on the strong line down the center of the card (Husband | Wife). When I went to return and get my money back - they were so polite and they will issue a "account credit". EXCUSE ME! when I tried to respond to their POLITE email - sorry this email does not get opened.

Decal is of excellent quality, and delivery time was amazingly quick.

Post cards I did for my business turn out awesome I like the size of them no extra postage and they look vintage just what I wanted no doubts I have ordered before no disappointment for you guys you rock 👍😄

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the quality of the ID PVC cards I received. The materials feel extremely cheap and far below the standard I expected. I chose Zazzle because I believed it to be a dependable provider of high-quality products, but this experience has been the opposite.

The PVC used does not reflect the level of craftsmanship or durability that I anticipated. Overall, the quality is unacceptable, and certainly not what I would have expected from your company.
