Great service via the online chat function

The customer service, via Terry on the online chat, was super efficient and helpful. We haven't yet started the school coach servive so I can't comment on that.

Great customer service

Bus is always late

Bus is always late, they lie to you with excuses, never call you back when promised a call. I would use a different company if yo want to arrive and be collected on time. Poor customer service.

Zeelo is unreliable and unprofessional

My daughter relies on this service to get her to college in a rural town without public transport.
It’s been unreliable from the beginning, it’s constantly late (today 40 mins) the driver Aaron missed a stop and had to go back. There have been accidents. It’s so stressful you never know if your child will make it to college on time or not.

Helpful and responsive

This is the third school bus company I have experience of my son using. It has been by far the best one. They are responsive and helpful. The driver is great

Not a professional service provider

The customer service never resolved any issues till date. Coach rides are fine and they really have quite a professional drivers but not all. Some drivers are not very professional. They don't follow ride timings and some really smoke before the start of the rides and the enclosed coach busses are full of smoke. Reporting to the customer service never helps resolve the problem.
