It was very 'easy ride' from ordering to completing my training. Every member of the team is beyond helpful and really work hard to leave a customer satisfied. Khushbu from customer service was with me along the way and helped me with exchange and every silly question I had to ask. Dr.Abdullah, who did the training was also very helpful and spent all day with me to make sure I'm totally happy and confident using my 2 machines. Would definitely recommend the company, do not hesitate, Customer Support Team is one of the best I came across.
