Package arrived earlier than expected! Haven’t used item yet, but I am excited to start using

Received my product in timely manner and packaging was superb. Loads of information included along with a few other perks with my purchase. I am so pleased with my purchase. I can't wait to see the results

Canta Esthetic says they are from Hong Kong, which is China so I expected the prices to be cheaper. But actually after looking at their website they are kind of expensive (I'm looking at their larger tattoo removal laser machines). Then I signed up for the discount code on the website because it says 10% off. But it was only $150 off. This is totally annoying because the SAME machine available on eBay for like 50% off (but no warranty). If I could get 30% off from Canta I think I will order it.

Update: It looks like Canta Esthetics has already changed the code to real 10% (signed up with other email). This is good they listen to my feedback and the code now matches their offer. Still worried because the same machine is on eBay and Aliexpress for 50% less. If I order it I'll try to update my review and let you guys know if it's worth it.

Absolutely love my new Hydro Facial Ice Blue machine! I’m so glad I decided to buy it. I’ve done several facials on family and friends to help me get acquainted with all its functions and features. Every single one of them have been extremely impressed with how much better their skin looks and feels after their facials. And don’t even get me started on the skin analyzer. Stop thinking about it and buy it! You’ll recover your investment in no time!

The communication was excellent. Once the order was submitted it took no time for me to hear from the company concerning the order and timeframe of arrival. I’m really impressed with this machine. It’s solid and well-built—definitely has some weight to it—but still compact enough that it doesn’t take up much counter space.

I originally had this treatment done at a salon and loved the results, which led me to try an at-home version. My first machine was a smaller, less expensive unit that lasted about two years and maintained the job… but this one is on a completely different level, delivering much better results with less time.

The very first time I used it, I was blown away. It felt much closer to my salon experience—stronger, deeper, and more effective. Compared to the ~$1200 unit I had before, this machine clearly delivers more power and performance.

Yes, it’s a bigger investment, but in my opinion, it’s absolutely worth it. The results and overall experience justify the price.

As a bonus customer service has been fantastic. Super responsive, knowlegable and helpful.

About the "EMSlim" neo - I am genuinely disappointed. It's not terrible, however it's basically the same thing as the MyoSlim I bought from Aliexpress last fall for $1K. I thought it would be stronger because on the description online it says 5800W. That's why I bought it. Later I realized that 5800W is not possible. And the other problem is RF isn't working. Same issue with MyoSlim, no working RF.

Erica was great with training and follow-up. I will say I has some issues with missing items from my order but they did contact me back and sent what was missing in a timely manner. I've had my machine for a few months but haven't really had a chance to use the different handpeices due to not having everything. What I can say I have the 10 in 1 hydrodermabrasion with booster and it works okay wish it was stronger and a more solid built.

Canta employees are professional. Provide training and certificate for all machines. Response within 24-48 hours. Customer service is excellent!!

I was a bit skeptical about spending money on a product I could not see or test prior to purchase, so to ease my mind, I reached out to customer service and was pleasantly surprised about how timely and thorough their response was. I sent several more emails and always received detailed responses, not AI, so I purchased the 3-in-1 laser. Once it shipped, the Canta team maintained communication with me to make sure I was aware of when to expect my equipment. When the equipment was delivered, it was packaged in a very sturdy trunk with plenty of foam to protect it. Once unpacked, I followed the manual and it started right up. I scheduled my training with Erica and she explained everything very thoroughly, answered all my questions and made sure I was ready to use my equipment. After obtaining the necessary mediums for use with all of the different laser tools, I sampled a few treatments and have been extremely satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend this company as their customer service is top notch and their products are professional grade.

The customer service is great and they respond in a timely manner. When scheduling the training they worked with me due to the time difference and were very understanding of me having to reschedule. I had my training with Erica and she was very knowledgeable with my 3 in 1 laser machine and answered any questions I had thoroughly. And as for the machine it works great, is very affordable, and is comparative to the machines used in my certification courses which cost at least 10x the amount. Would definitely recommend for newly established businesses!

So far I have loved my results with my 3-in-1 cavitation & RF machine! I started with the smallest one to see if I liked it & I'm already planning on purchasing a bigger/more heavy duty machine! HIGHLY RECOMMEND For professionals & beginners!

I had a great experience with Canta Esthetic. The machines are great to work with. You also have great communication for any questions and training. I would recommend Canta Esthetic to anyone.

I ordered the 40k cavitation machine, and it's proving to be an incredibly useful machine. Clients have seen inches off their waist, hips, and thighs. The machine itself is user-friendly and intuitive to use. The customer support with this company is really good too. I was unaware that it would be shipping from overseas, but a quick email exchange later and I was updated on the shipping info I was requesting. The machine came well-packaged inside a cardboard box that was inside a wooden box. All parts were included and it was also incredibly easy to assemble.

At first, I was skeptical of the machine altogether. It doesn't feel super sturdy. The first time I used the machine, the vacuum suction was so high it bruised my legs terribly. It was really unbearable and I could only use it for a couple minutes. I had to email back and forth with Canta for guidance as the "manual" they sent doesn't give enough details. I have only used the machine three times so far (for about 1.5 to 2 hours each time), but I feel I have finally worked out the kinks and hope that after several more uses I'll see some results. The cavitation tool doesn't warm up at all, but does produce a high pitch sound and vibration, as most cavitation machines do. The RF handle produces almost no heat. Very light warming sensation. That disappointed me, but I'm going to keep at it, cross my fingers, and hope for the best.

first of all the prices are reasonable the customary service exceptional and the training and support was just tremendous. We will continue to do business with Canta.
