Right after the order was placed, the customer service rep was sending emails with updates regarding the order and shipping. Order arrived in the time frame they mentioned 5business days....the machine is what I was expected and it is a high quality. Frankly, at the begining I was skeptical about the machine, it it would be shipped, if it would work and be as advertised....but I am very happy how everything went, and especially that I have already started my Loosing Weight and body toning program.

Literally the best machines I have. The results are brilliant and instant. Customer service is good better than my expensive machines. I only buy from here now on, so glad I found you so happy.

I purchased the laser lipo and cavitation machine and I also purchased just a laser lipo. Both came quickly.
They are both easy to use and seem like sturdy machines.

I ordered the Hydrodermabrasion 6-in-1 machine from myChway and had a great experience. Their customer service was professional, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. When I received a defective Bio handle, they quickly replaced it with no issues. They also provided helpful training videos to ensure proper use. Overall, I’m very happy with both the product and their support—highly recommend!

Purchased product from mychway and was confused about eta because my order had 2 products and one arrived early and I thought the second item was delivered elsewhere, well I had Calli respond quickly and she was amazing found out the product was on back order due to it’s popularity, she was able to find out all the information about my order and kept me updated as to when it would arrive. Amazing service I’ve been buying from my myChway for over 15 years and never had a problem and if I ever had a question they always get back to you right away and help resolve them.

I had no issues with communicating with the reps. Despite the time difference, they always follow up and the beginning of their business day. It takes time to have a detailed conversation there’s a time gap, but the do not let hit hinder them from assisting you.

Very responsive and nice!! Took me maybe 30 mins to really get used to the machine and understand how it works I have really been enjoying it so far! took about a week to get here & I didn’t do expedited shipping!

Excelente servicio de respuesta por parte de myChway y de envío. En mi caso compre por linea el equipo de hidro dermoabrasión, pero no me llegaron las puntas. Me puse en contacto con la compañía y en seguida me dieron un servicio de 10, a la semana y media me llegaron mis puntas sin ningún problema. Customer service is outstanding in so many ways! They are very responsive, professional, and informative. I did not have any issues with equipment, simply matters of changing products/cancelling orders. Everything was done with ease and professionalism. Very good company to work with!
