My first order with them and I am so impressed. My order came so quickly given I paid for standard shipping. I placed my order on the 21st of July and it arrived today the 8th of August. My items were safely packaged in a box with two layers of bubble wrap. Tracking was also great which I didn't expect. Initial tracking was obviously Japan based. However, once my order arrived in Australia I could track it via Australia Post. It was also nice to have a promo code included in the delivery. Thank you so much Zenplus. I would happily purchase from them again.

I had two items in my order, one arrived but one was cancelled.
Refund was given, but I had already paid for shipping for one item. Then they asked very soon after if I would like to re-purchase, since for some reason the seller had sent the item anyway.
Meaning that I would have to pay for two separate shipments, which is very expensive, multiple times the shipping refund I was given.
This is not stated in their ZenPlus FAQ, and communication between emails were vague as if avoiding the topic of shipping costs. It took multiple emails pressing for details, for several days, to get a clear explanation as to what I would pay for a re-purchase.
They did not explain this: I still do not know why the seller had sent the item to ZenPlus' warehouse even though it was cancelled (by whom?), so soon after shipping the other item, and how ZenPlus processed this item.
I cannot recommend ZenPlus. If something goes wrong with buying multiple items, the way ZenPlus handles the situation is unreliable.
Update:
I think it is reasonable to ask that the details of the entire issue should have been explained to me when Zenplus received the item at the warehouse. But I appreciate the explanation now.
I do not see the item listed anymore for a re-purchase but if it is still available I am open to communicate through email. - Hyun

I have not received an email in the past week. If I do not update my review from here then that means I was never contacted.

Very Unsatisfied. I purchased a Louis Vuitton key ring on the ZenPlus in June last month and upon received it is a fake LV item. I contacted customer service via an email and on the website by asking question for return and refund. To date, I still haven’t heard anything back from Zen plus.
