Lovely blinds fast delivery

I love my new Zenblinds, clean and fresh. Beautifully made colour gorgeous. Definitely recommend

From initial inquiries to final installation Jason was extremely helpful, fast and always on time. I am extremely happy with the final results. Even when I had minor inquiries Jason was approachable and ready to help the same day. I highly recommend him.

Never received my order.

Excellent in all respects. I wanted day/night blinds but not the horizontal ones that most companies do,
I wanted vertical and Zen had exactly what I was looking for and a great choice of colours and very fair pricing.
The process from measuring to manufacture supply and fit really was as easy as they said, the customer service and communicate excellent.
The blinds were not quite what I expected in terms of fabric…
I was expecting the rigid vertical slats with a sheer in between for the daylight portion,
but these are made with both sections out of net curtain type/weight material which worked out even better with the clever design, when the window is open they move quietly without clattering about, and because they are not (beaded) chained together at the bottom the don’t get tangled up.
I need to make some minor alterations to the length at one side due to our old house window ledges not being entirely level, because of the design and material I am able to do this easily with a pair of sewing scissors, which is an extra bonus.
Installation really was completely straightforward and easy,
so much so, that I thought we must be missing something but it really was that easy.
Great product great company will certainly use again and don’t hesitate to recommend.

After an initial lost parcel, I received the final part of my order today. It can happen with carriers. The wait was worth it, and Hristo dealt with my problem, even redirecting the goods to France. Delighted with my purchase and would recommend this company. Will use again

Great blinds, dispatched in no time and looked great. 5 stars. 0nly thing I would change would be to have the option of metal chain instead of plastic (took me 3 mins and 4£ to replace it ma self) and maybe the mount mechanism to be the same colour as the frame instead of silver(touched them up with 1£ poundland paint). Still great and both easily fixed. If you are looking for blinds out of the usual grey and white colour , thats the company to go

The website was easy to use and good range of colours and products plus emails kept me informed of delivery expectations. I needed to follow up with several queries and Hristo was quick to respond and helped with resolving my queries.

First time I'd used them ofter a ong search and found the process very good. The website is easy to navigate and obtaining quotes very simple.

The product arrived and I would say was easy to fit and is good value for money.

Did have small issue with Fedex which to be fair Hristo did help with but that's Fedex not Zen.

My only gripeis the phone number goes straight to answer phone and those on Facebook are in correct. Best use eMail.

I will be using again.

The whole experience was so easy. The advice on measuring on the website was easy and clear. Delivery was quick and the blinds were very well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. The emailed fixing instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We were very pleased with the finish of the blinds. Would not hesitate to use again.

My day and night blinds was made to my specifications and fit perfectly. Love it

Really pleased with my day & night blinds in bliss coral rose from zen shades. They are exactly the pop of colour needed to set off the olive walls in my boho themed kitchen. Measuring, ordering & installation were easy. There was an issue over delivery totally unrelated to Zen Shades at which point I really appreciated their customer service, they sorted out the issue & compensated me with ease & grace

The blind is beautiful but it is nit hurt fitted as we have had a problem with the space it was to be fitted. A professional is fitting it tomorrow.

I found the service from Zen Shade to be excellent, they even phoned to say, That because of Easter, my goods would be delayed. Secondly, when my Blinds arrived, when Fedex delivered them one Blind was bent, I emailed them with pictures and statement of the Blind Rail, and had a replie the same day, with promise of a replacement. True to words, my replacement arrived last week. FIRST Class service, Well done Zen Shades, and Thankyou Roy.

Really pleased great blinds ,I’ve two floor to ceiling windows in my front room , blinds look lovely on them , didn’t take long for delivery either 😀

Super easy to order and great communication

Received my made to measure blinds today, they are lovely and fit really well, I ordered them in red and the colour is brilliant. I was kept informed from order to delivery. Would highly recommend this company.

I recently purchased some made to measure blinds from Zen Shades for most of the ground floor of my house. I was most impressed with the quality. They were easy to fit as I already had vertical blinds up. It was just a matter of swapping over ther clips. Because of the quality I ordered another one for the long window in my kitchen which is over 270cm long. It took longer taking the old blinds down than putting the new ones up. With vertical blinds you still loose a bit of privacy, with these day and night blinds that is not a problem. I would recommend them to anyone. I have received good reviews from my neighbours.
