Had an issue with my order
Had an issue with my order, but Hristo from zen shades responded quickly and efficiently and put everything right.I really appreciated the lengths he went too and was happy with the outcome.I would certainly use the company again and also recommend them to other people.They have great customer service and I can’t fault them.Now I have the extra slats they look great.

Pleased with Product Quality, but Measurement Instructions Need to Be Clearer
I’m very pleased with the product quality and customer service. I would have given 5 stars if the measurement instructions had been clearer. I preferred an exact fit—36 inches wide—but while the headrail measured 36 inches, the actual blind was only 34 inches, leaving part of the window uncovered.

We’re sorry to hear there was some confusion around the measurements. For our roller and Day & Night blinds, we do include a note on the product page and measuring guide stating that the width includes the blind’s full mechanism, and that the fabric itself is approximately 2.5cm narrower than the total width:
“Note for roller and Day & Night Blinds: Please note that this width includes the blind’s mechanism, with the fabric being approximately 2.5cm narrower than the overall width of the blind.”
That said, we completely understand how easy it is to miss that detail, and we’ll look into how we can make this information clearer and more prominent in the future. Your feedback is genuinely appreciated, and it helps us improve the experience for everyone.

Good customer service - good product
There was initially a problem with the rail being damaged in transit. They resolved it quickly sending a new rail and once it arrived it all went up well. I havent added the final connections at the base of the vertical blinds yet, but the mechanisms, appearance and ease of installation all met expectations.

Quality & Style at affordable prices
Very easy to order. Great colours to choose from and an even better price. Wish time frame from start to finish was shorter but well worth the wait. Easy to install and a perfect fit (you have to measure correctly). Will definately use again and recommend.

Ordering was simple
Ordering was simple, slight hiccup when the blind was delivered. It was badly bent and couldn’t be used. Rang the guys at Zen who I have to say were quite shocked. Sent a photo of the blind, they offered a straight refund or order a new blind. I opted for the new blind so long as I had it delivered before I went away. Pleased to say it did. I put the blind up instructions can be found online at both Zen and Zen on YouTube. Easiest to fit I’ve come across.

Highly recommended company and blinds
Very easy process. The blinds were a third of the price quoted by a well known national company. The quality of the blinds is great and the colour perfectly matched the swatch sent previously. My only challenge was sliding the retainer to secure the blind into the wall fixing. I found it fiddly when the blind was in place because it is such a tight fix. However, maybe just me. I would however highly recommend the company/customer service and their blinds.
