The blinds are light in weight, but when up are sturdy and run beautifully smoothly. They look very smart, and having followed the measuring instructions, fit really well

Excellent company …
Really good quality blind looked everywhere for a 100cm width blind but the prices were ridiculous found this company and the blind i wanted at more than half the price I was quoted brilliant service and customer service all the way through the order to delivery would definitely highly recommend zen shades.

God for small windows.
The blind tock a little longer to come than I 1st thought it would,but Zen shades kept me updatead about its process.
It is a bit flimsy but it was definatley cut to the size I asked for and works smoothly.

Zen shade purchase
Excellent service from the company. Once ordered the blinds are manufactured and you get regular updates as to progress and exspected delivery. The blinds are manufactured in Europe but this Is not an issue just takes a few extra days to arrive.
Once they arrive they are easy to install. Clips are easy to fit and blind frame snaps into position easily.
Definitely consider this supplier if you need a blind over 2.3 meters wide

Excellent service from Zen shades. Very easy ordering, with clear guides for those who don't know how to measure the space, or fit the blinds. Emails throughout on the progress of my order. Delivery timings were as outlined in the confirmation email.
The first blind was damaged in transit, but Zen were very responsive and immediately arranged for a replacement to be made up and sent.
The replacement blind fits perfectly and is ideal for our 2.5m wide window.

We’re very sorry to hear you haven’t received your free samples. Just to clarify for anyone reading — your order was for free fabric samples, which were dispatched the very next day on 28th August via Royal Mail.
It appears the original envelope may have been lost in transit, which is unfortunately outside of our control, but we wish we had known sooner so we could have resolved it earlier. We were unaware of it until you left your review.
We’ve immediately sent a replacement set of samples via tracked & signed delivery, which should be with you within the next business day as soon as we found out for the issue. We’ve also reached out to you directly via email and offered you a compensation as a goodwill gesture.
We hope this shows how responsive and committed we are to making things right.

Blackout blind needed
I followed the measuring instructions for a rollerblind, in recess. I received the blind in reasonable time and condition, all parts included. The blind fits o.k in the recess. My only concern, is the pressure needed to pull the blind up and down. Will the cords snap in time?
