Excellent and patient service from Mohamed Mergani!I had a great and calming experience working with Mohamed Mergani at Zensurance. In the past, I was covered under general yoga studio insurance, but as I transitioned to opening my own studio, the process felt overwhelming. Mohamed helped me immensely.He was incredibly patient, courteous, and comprehensive throughout the entire process. I had 100+ questions about all the intricacies of my new setup, and he answered every single one with a quick turnaround. He provided examples, definitions, explaining the differences between types of insurance. He made sure I got the adequate insurance coverage I actually needed without any of the unnecessary or incessant elements. I highly recommend working with him!

Very disappointing experience with Zensurance. I cancelled my insurance policy, but they continued deducting money from my bank account even after the cancellation. Trying to get answers and resolve the issue was frustrating due to poor communication and slow responses. Customers should not have to chase a company to stop charges after a policy has been cancelled. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Zensurance.

David Edwards is the man, super helpful answered all of my questions clearly and gave me concise other routes of choices for how I could insure my business. Typically I hate answering the phone when companies call me after I put my number down, however this time it was actually usefull.

They do not issue insurance themselves just add a surcharge to the insurance provider. My experience is they did not accept my claim when my tenant did not pay rent and damaged my property. They promised legal support but they did not approve. Their legal line is just waste of time as they try to just put you on many holds so you give up. I spent 6 hours to get a legal opinion that was useless. They suggested me I cannot get rent from my tenant because it’s too much work and law support the tenant. Total waste of money to buy this insurance

Great customer service, quick response

It was super easy to sign up for insurance. And I like how Kevin Pathmakanthan helped me choose what was appropriate for my needs.

Website was easy to navigate and agent available immediately to answer specific questions. Agent also probed about needing to name my client on the CGL insurance certificate which I had confirmed when I re-read the client contract.
