Zephyrian was founded by two biohackers who cared about how they looked but refused to use fake tan or cover up with makeup. We wanted a third option, so we built one. Excellent Customer Service Before Delivery :)
I am so excited to get my delivery for my Caribbean vacation in mid November! August in customer service answered all my questions quickly and openly :) I am excited for this small company to do well in the US, assuming the product works for me given I am allergic to self tanners and don't tan given my fair skin.
I will create another review after my first 45 days :)

Absolutely horrible shipping
Honestly, the shipping process is absolutely atrocious. I have no clue why anything takes as long as it does. My first order was lost somewhere, and now the replacement order is taking just as long to arrive. I first sent in my order over a month ago, and I’m still waiting.

Let me be honest and direct: we are aware of this, and we are as frustrated as you are. That is unacceptable and below our quality standards.
95% of our shipments arrive quickly, but for some reason, a small number of them have persistent problems.
While I'm writing this, we are actively evaluating our current logistics partner and looking to replace them ASAP.
I want to make this right, so our support team will reach out to you to fix this.

the main ingredient is Astaxanthine which is 6000 stronger than vitamine C, so it is also the best anti-oxidant!

Very responsive to help resolve my issue
There was an issue where Shop accidentally defaulted to the wrong delivery address as I ordered. I reached out immediately and August was extremely responsive and helpful in getting the issue resolved. I’m still waiting for the delivery and will update on the final outcome once all is done but I just wanted to mention August by name as they have been really great. In this day and age of dropshipping it’s so refreshing to get hold of a good human to talk to, I wish more stores would follow this example.

Been using zephyrian for six months
Been using zephyrian for six months, wouldn't go back to tanning sprays and sun burns now that I have glow without the hassle. I love how everything is science backed and made with natural ingredients.
