BEWARE!!!.
Do not purchase ANYTHING from this company.
They do not send the product, refuse to refund, but send emails stating they will, it’s been 7 months & still no refund. Will NEVER get my money back so DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DODGY BUISNESS.

Item pretended to be the brand I'd searched for. When I received it I realised it was a cheap sweatshirt, not quite a fake but a dupe for sure.
I tried to send it back. I had to send photos of the product and the packaging even though I'd just received it so it hadn't been even tried on. I was was offered every alternative not to send it back. At one point they offered me a voucher for the same amount as the sweatshirt. I declined as I don't want any more cheap products from them. Finally I was sent a returns process and I had to send it back from the UK to India at my cost. I paid for the postage out of principle. £20 to return it for a £45 jumper. 5 Weeks later I am still waiting for the refund. I suspect this site basically buys and ships directly from a supplier in India even though they tried to make out like it was a one off distribution problem,

Absolute shambles of a company, don't waste your money!

If you hate money, hate feeling and looking good in new clothes, salute Temu level of materials and manufacturing quality, like to wait weeks for order, be ghosted by support after you mentioned word return, go and order from Zerindi right away! Or you can suggest to do so to people who you really dislike

Placed my shoe order Jan 4th
Still not received anything other then excuses.
I have been offered 10% discount off my next order.
Why would I place another order when I have not recieved my original order?
I feel that I have been SCAMMED
Based by all the terrible reviews that this company has I am not the first or will be the last to feel SCAMMED.
An official complaint has been logged with my credit card provider.

I ordered shoes from them last year > their were many delays ( including shoes did not pass QC ) . Wrong size shoes turned up in poor packaging . I advised them and sent them a photo of sole of she showing size. They ignored and told me the right size had been sent ..amazing !!. I asked for refund a month ago and they said alright but it would take 6 to 12 days processing to get refund . 3 weeks later no refund despite numerous emails ...and now they don't reply . This company is an absolute disgrace and should not be trading

Ordered shoes black size 9. Delivered Pink size 38. Contacted Zerindi after much stalling on their behalf, ie sorry will remedy asap etc NIL REFUND and have now stopped replying to any of my emails in regard to processing my refund. DO not give Zerindi your money.

I ordered a pair of womens shoes on December 16th and received email advice a few days later saying they had been shipped, then later advice that they were delayed finally arrived 16th January.
BUT the shoes were nothing like the product I ordered and of very very poor quality.
NEVER buy anything from these shonks.

Buyer beware. Ordered male size medium coat, was male small, very small. Took a month to arrive! Not fit for purpose. Contacted their customer services to ask for return label. Lost the will to live! They wanted photos of the itens (I only ordered the one item) only wanted to return the one item as would only fit a very small man not an average medium man. Do not buy from this company. Sub standard, bad delivery and glib customer service. Gave the coat to charity, hopefully it fits someone.

I wish I was able to give them no stars at all. I ordered a pair of shoes from them. They arrived late and when they finally arrived they were of a very poor quality, very thin indeed too thin for shoes and also too small for size 9. When I contacted them they kept being evasive and after exchanging 15 email messages they presented me with a sheet of obsecured information on how to return them . The return address is in China. Nowhere on their website they said return to China. They put 'Zerindi London' and provided an address in Holland. Nothing on their website says 'China'. I saw China' on the shoes when I received them. The cost of returning the shoes to China is about £20.00 which is very expensive especially where the price of the shoes was £52.00. I kept asking them to provide me with a UK address to return the item to it instead of China but they remained very evasive . I do not wish to buy anything else from this dubious zerindi or anything made in China. I donated the shoes as I did not wish to waste more of my time on this annoying matter.

I have bought on 4/12/2025from Zerindi flip-flops that were described at their website as made of genuine leather . The flip-flops that have arrived on 22/12/2025 are made of man-made fibres, awful quality. The flip-flop have been wrapped in a plastic bag and came without any paperwork.
By misdescribing the item as made of leather when it is made of man-made fibres Zerindi is in breach of two pieces of the UK consumer protection legislation. Non the less they refused to refund the purchased unless I send it back at my own expense to their "international fulfilment partners in Asia", which "may take longer and involve some extra effort" of my part.

Don't bother, ordered a hoodie for my daughter for Christmas, Scuffers. Fake item arrived in very very poor condition, no tags or paperwork. Disgusting

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
I ordered on 29-Nov. It took them 2 weeks to correct the delivery address, and despatch the goods. YODEL received the package on 14-Dec. They took 4 weeks to deliver. 27 emails later and with the worst customer service experience in 40 years, I am now informed that my parcel has been delivered, 200 miles away to the wrong address despite Zerindi having confirmed the correct delivery address!! They have taken the best part of £200 hard earned, taken 6 weeks to deliver a simple clothes order, and delivered it to the wrong person. AVOID Zerindi. AVOID Yodel. You will end up bitterly disappointed at best, possibly ripped off and very angry.

Based in China, not Netherlands. Using photos stolen from genuine sellers and supplying sub-standard goods not matching the description. Impossible to return items too.

Pretty sure this is a scam.
Ordered 2 x jumpers on the 29th November, they didn’t arrive until the 29th December. Now that I want to return them no one is answering my emails.

Do not use, take ages to ship, product is terrible quality, sizing is awful and it's impossible to return, scam 100%

Scam!!! Item sent by individual in Sydney. Dodgy packaging, dodgy shorts 4 sizes smaller than ordered. No tags or labels. When I complained , was sent a returns label for China at our own cost. I have submitted claim to scam watch and google ads and seeking reimbursement through legal avenues.
Edit: reimbursement received through evidence provided to credit card of fraudulent conduct. Also now on scam watch list.

Ordered early nov, sent email saying out of stock but please look at our site, i requested refund, several times,after responding twice saying refund being taken care of... sadly no, still no refund,and no longer replying to my email...

ordered for my daughter as a Christmas present and never came. After 2 months it still has not come and has been in transit for 2 weeks?! Do not buy from this company
