Complete fake company. Use other companies photos to sell fake, crap items. What came is nothing like the photo or description. Says it’s in the Netherlands but it’s in china. Asked for refund and told have to pay to return it to china! Will cost as much in postage. Offered 20% refund instead.

A scam website. Product nothing like ordered and they demand you pay for return shipping which has to be done within 30 days. Website talks as if you are dealing with the Netherlands but it’s a scam for a Chinese knock off shop. Do not purchase!

The photo of the outfit I thought I bought was completely different to what I had recieved. They had just taken a photo of the outfit from another website and then make their own product of it which is no where near close to the standards on the photo. I emailed them asking for a refund and they wouldn't give me 100% refund and want me to pay from the return shipping. I sent them photos and it was pretty obvious. You can even see the glue on the dress where the have just glued things down instead of stitching it properly.
Horrible quality, do not recommend.

They are cheap knock offs with poor quality and they do no offer a full refund, like they claim.

Warning to anyone considering ordering from Zerindi.
This company appears to be connected to Laurevain — a brand whose website has now been taken down following numerous unresolved customer complaints.

My experience with Laurevain (their sister site) involved:

Misleading product images allegedly taken from other brands

Unsafe and unverified return addresses, including a private residence

Contradictory and obstructive customer service

Claims of “frozen funds” used to delay refunds

A refusal to honour legal return and refund rights

Zerindi uses the same company details, the same structure, and many of the same product photos that other customers have identified as belonging to completely unrelated brands.

Because Laurevain’s website is now offline, it is important for customers to be aware that Zerindi appears to be operating in the same manner, with the same people and practices behind it.

I strongly urge potential buyers to approach with extreme caution and research thoroughly before placing an order. My experience has been long, stressful, and filled with red flags — and I would not want anyone else to go through the same

I ordered a glitter jumpsuit and it came as cheap fabric with pictures of glitter. If I don't laugh, I'd cry. I paid around $70 plus postage so expected a little more I guess

Cheap, poorly made product. Shoes have glue showing, stitching uneven and look like they were made by my toddler.

I ordered an item on their site and paid, only to be told they don’t have stock. This took days. I was then offered a discount on a smaller size WTF? I demanded a refund and the nonsense continued. I was then told it would take up to 14 business days to get a refund. In the age of I instant banking and ecommerce this is a joke. Avoid avoid avoid
