This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I ordered a shaver based on their ad, but what arrived was a completely different, cheap-looking product. On top of that, I was shocked to see a subscription charge I never agreed to.There was no clear warning about recurring payments when I placed the order. Now I’m stuck trying to figure out how to cancel something I never signed up for.Avoid this company unless you want to waste your money and deal with surprise charges.

Awful company

Awful company, terrible customer service. Ordered the razor, the delivery company tried to claim they had delivered it, then said it had been returned to sender. Once I raised this with the company they basically said they didn't believe me, even though I provided proof. I've been asking for a refund for over a month now and just keep getting ignored. Absolute sham of a company! Scam artists!

DISGRACEFUL COMPANY

If I could rate this company a 0 I would. This WHOLE company is a scam. I have asked time and time again for a refund, which they said would be in by 7 days and it hasn’t. I asked for a refund right after I ordered as I realised a subscription had been added to my basket without my consent so I didn’t trust them anymore. This definitely was WITHOUT my consent as it is NOT clear that it’s a subscription, it shows a present as if it’s a free gift. This is most certainly a TRICK. Now, I need my refund soon otherwise I’m taking this situation even further. I’m very angry with this company, very very poorly managed.

Unauthorised payments taken!

I purchased a trimmer, and for the last 2 months I’ve been charged for a membership subscription I did not sign up for.

I’ve been in touch with this company to cancel the membership, but I’ve yet to hear if I’ll get my money back.

It was only when I checked my bank statement that I saw I had been charged for these additional payments, without my authorisation.

There was no information given at the time of purchase that I was signing up for a subscription. Nor was there an option to opt-out.

I don’t understand how this has been allowed, and I dread to think how much money would’ve been taken from me if I hadn’t noticed the payments going out of my account.

If I don’t receive a refund, I will be contacting my bank to dispute the unauthorised charges.

Terrible experience, and I will warn others to avoid.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT IT! A “Sarah Thompson” FB account shared these viral ads - if you want the real thing, look up Amy Jackson on TikTok, find her MANY ads, and buy it from the TikTok shop - at a lower price!

I purchased the Peach Please 3.0 trimmer through a Facebook ad. I carefully read all the terms before purchase.

However, against my consent, they enrolled me in a recurring $29.99 monthly membership and charged my card. There was NO mention of this anywhere while placing the order through Facebook and I only found out what the charge was for after visiting their website. Their “24/7 customer service” was not responding.

They finally responded and refunded me after I threatened legal action. I also told them to delete all my information from their systems. They initially refused but complied after I, again, threatened legal action when I informed them they were in violation of the CA Right to Delete laws.

Do not do business with them.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company. Ordered the peach trimmer which was shocking quality and could have got the same they sent (not advertised) in Temu for £3.50! Signed me up for VIP and have been charging me £22 a month since my only purchase. I did not sign up for VIP. Do not use this company you will be ripped off. Finally managed to cancel my recurring VIP payment but no offer of refund. Who do we report these companies to?

I ordered a shaver from them as it was…

I ordered a shaver from them as it was advertised online and looked like a good product. They even have a video of a woman showing herself shaving and saying how good it is and it does appear to do a good job. It took a while to be delivered, when it came it was in a cheap box that was damaged. The actual shaver feels so cheap and like it'll fall apart. The shaver end doesn't work as the guard is far too big!
They have since tried to take more money for a "VIP subscription" what that gives you I have no idea. Awful really that they show it as being high quality when really it's a money making scam.

Save your money and Stick to a traditional razor 🤷🏻‍♀️

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with…

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with 1. Was signed up to some random (paid) loyalty programme I never agreed to
2. Received an item which would not even switch on.
3. After initially being promised a full refund for said item, which never materialised, I was then told I couldn’t and would have to return the item, at my cost (even though I’d already been told to dispose of it) or alternatively could keep it (woop! A broken shaver) and receive 80% refund. No idea why the sudden change of tact.
4. Customer service have stopped responding to me so I’ve had to report it higher.
Just don’t bother, it’s not worth it.

SCAM

SCAM. I purchased a ladies electric razor after seeing this advertised everywhere on social media. Delivery took a very long time and when it arrived it was defective. Today, I notice a charge of £26.00 from Zertoo. After investigation it appears to be for 'VIP membership' which I DID NOT sign up for. I have sent several emails back and forth and they have refused to refund the payment back. AVOID at all costs.

Scam fake products

After waiting nearly a month for delivery (it was not stated on their website it was being made and sent from China) the item came completely defective, the blade side was stuck in the lid/cover and the other side lid/cover was so loose it just falls off, i contacted zertoo only to be told i could have a 80% refund and keep the product for simplicity.. a product i could not use! After arguing over email and providing proof of their returns policy they "reviewed my case" and issued a 90% refund. Utter joke of a company selling fake products

Another update - the company has now replied and said the refund hey said below will not be honoured DO NOT USE, I WISH I NEVER HAD!! SCAMMERS
UPDATE - I received an email which is also below advising I would receive the refund, I haven't yet received this and not replying to my emails, I would not use the company again, until the money has been returned I will be unable to update the review.
I would go minus 1. Product is cheap and turned up not working, when I emailed for the refund according to their 100% money back guarantee was told, they would offer 80% or 90/95% as I would have to pay for the item to be returned.
Just used the section that did work and now it's broken. Utterly disappointed and the money back info is false. Complete scam, don't use them and if you do don't expect the money back as stated on the website

MONEY SCAM

MONEY SCAM - similar to what other reviewers have said, I ordered a razor with no issues but then a few weeks later they took £22.12 for a ‘subscription’ that I never signed up for. When I contacted them they said the subscription had been cancelled and when I asked about a refund they sent the same automated email again saying my subscription had been cancelled. Do not buy off this site.
