Overall my experience is excellent -
Points to look at
-it’s hard to turn up the setting to maximum - and to know when it’s reached that point.
-Found the two part of the neck to attach it to.
-Bit worried about the hot nights as the summer is coming and whether the hydrogel pads are strong enough to stick as twice they have not worked for me during the night (occasional menopause sweats)
It has definitely improved my snoring according to the app I use - the amount varies and I think that’s because I don’t always get the tight attachment I need

Hi Michael,
Thank you for sharing your experience of Zeus so far, we are here to help you solve your issue.
Zeus has been designed so the user can select the level they are comfortable with and then if no button is pressed for 90 seconds the Zeus goes into its sleep period of 20 minutes. During this time there is no stimulation to allow the user to fall asleep.
After 20 minutes it will begin the stimulation cycle.

What a breakthrough! Excellent device

I took a while to review Zeus Sleeps, as I wanted time to see how I got on. A few tips, it will feel strange at first but you will strangely miss it if you don’t wear it. My snoring has decreased, I am losing weight as I feel more refreshed. I would love Zeus to include adhesive removal wipes in their packs. At first I had very dry irritated skin on my chin, I nearly gave up as it was so bad. This was until I bought adhesive removal wipes and now it is great, I exfoliate in morning and moisturize.
Now.. I literally could not live without this amazing device! Congratulations Zeus team, keep up the good work!

My wife now can have a good night's sleep and I don't wake up so much. It's an expensive product for what you get but I wouldn't sleep without it now

Jury still out

Jury still out. The device itself is really easy to use has great battery life and sends signals all night. I have OSA so wasn't sure if this would help. Currently I think there has been some improvement but I need to live with it a bit longer.

It works !

Works much better than any other anti-snoring device I have tried and my long- suffering spouse is very pleased! Initial unfamiliarity quickly wears off, and customer service was excellent at the start when I had a few questions.

I still have not received the package…

I still have not received the package and your tracking numbers do not work. The response to my order is so slow, its not obvious whether or not this product is even real.

It has significantly improved my…

It has significantly improved my partners sleep however it appears to be less effective throughout the night .

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service
Device is really well made and easy to use but unfortunately didn’t suit me for my type of problem. My skin is also extremely sensitive and reactive so the adhesive pads caused irritation. Customer service was excellent for the return and refund process.

We are however sorry to hear that he is experiencing discomfort from the hydrogel pads.

The hydrogel pads use medical-grade adhesive but mild skin reactions can occur as a known side effect of TENS stimulation, which is recognised by the NHS.

We recommend discontinuing use if irritation occurs and allowing the skin to fully recover before considering further use.

Multiple issues plus completely ineffective

I was prepared for this to have little or no effect on my quality of sleep, but not prepared for how many other issues I would experience.
So yes, this seemed to have less than no effect, in fact it made my sleep and my snoring worse. That was when it actually did work.
Problem 1 - The sticky gel pads you have to use (at £1 each) just don't work very well. Most nights there was a failure either to stick to your chin/neck or to stick to the Zeus. And that's following all the recommendations. Shaving, washing all oils off, making sure the Zeus is clean. They just don't stick. Sometimes it would last only a few minutes.
Problem 2 - the Zeus just seems to switch off. It's not on when I wake up and my suspicion is that it barely last more than a few minutes before turning itself off.
Problem 3 - On the very rare nights where problem 1 didn't rear it's head it actually made my snoring and general quality of sleep worse.
Yes they're offering a 60 day trial but you won't get £30 pounds back to pay for the hydrogel pack that's included. So if you are willing to spend that much for something that may possibly help (or may make it worse) then go for it. But you better hope you have a sticky face.

First, we’re really sorry to hear that Zeus didn’t work for you and that you experienced frustration along the way. That’s not the outcome we aim for, and it’s important we’re clear about where Zeus works best and where it may not.

Snoring isn’t one single issue. It can come from the nose, mouth, tongue, or throat. Zeus is specifically designed to support tongue and throat based snoring by stimulating the airway muscles. If your snoring is primarily nasal or caused by other factors, Zeus may not be the right fit, and in some cases this can feel like it’s having little or no positive effect.

On your specific points:

Hydrogel Pads
We know adhesion can vary depending on skin type, movement during sleep, and placement. While many customers get consistent use, others do experience issues like you’ve described. This is something we’re actively working to improve. For context, we do offer reduced pricing via subscription to make ongoing use more affordable.

Device “switching off”
Zeus is designed to work intermittently, delivering stimulation in short pulses rather than continuously. Because of this, and because your body adapts to the sensation, it can often feel like the device has stopped when it hasn’t. That said, if the device is fully turning off, that isn’t expected behaviour and we’d want to look into that for you, so please contact our customer support.

Sleep quality worsening
In the early stages, some users do notice an adjustment period as the body gets used to the stimulation. However, it shouldn’t consistently worsen your sleep. This can sometimes indicate that the device isn’t the right match for your type of snoring, or that positioning isn’t optimal.

On the Hydrogel Pads, you’re right that these aren’t currently refundable due to hygiene and their medical grade use, but we do try to include a full month’s supply with the device so customers can properly trial it.

This is a fantastic product that works…

This is a fantastic product that works wonders for my snoring and OSA. The snoring has significantly decreased, much lessened, and doesn't disrupt my sleep. I feel refreshed and energetic during the day and don't feel drowsy. A truly remarkable invention and an incredibly useful product.
