Having a small problem, that's sorted no problem.

Having a small problem, asked the Zeus team about and they just sorted it out. When I read about the product, the fact that it's British and a family run business I had hoped that it would be good, and I wasn't disappointed. I couldn't recommend them more. Product and service is very good.

Going on 3.5 weeks and still not…

This was not a good experience

This was not a good experience - gave me anxeity just before the device is switched on there is a time lag then you are hit with a electrical shock. Then the pads fall off in middle of the night, Found totally disruptive . Tried to return the device and pad for a refund will update you.

Works brilliant

I have tried loads of devices to stop snoring. This is the first one that worked. My wife is so relieved!

Improved sleep

So far the Zeussleeps device has really helped me get a decent sleep. Whilst the buttons are a little fiddly (as stated by other users) once you get used to is, it's easy to switch on and off. I had a slight reaction on my neck after one week but it seems to have resolved after taking a night off.

I have no facial hair but while the…

I have no facial hair but while the adhesive sticks well to the device, it fails to adhere more than a few hours to my chin. And ,yes, it has been applied in accordance with the instructions. Consequently, I have only used it twice in three weeks.

Better than other solutions I have tried

Had few questions at first but excellent customer service. Do not even know it is on, fall asleep, don't wake my wife and wake up with more energy. Good for travelling to.

Just didn't work for me at all, and it is very expensive

I really wanted to like this device. I snore pretty loudly but I have managed to control my snoring via a mouthguard which was both cheap and very effective.

However, the mouthguard is very uncomfortable and I do worry about whether it is causing my teeth problems.

I measure my snoring using an app so I can see immediately whether something is working or not. I tried Zeus for around 9 days at various settings but it had no effect on my snoring whatsoever. I did contact the support team to ask some questions but I just got referred to their standard blogs, which was a bit rubbish

I should also point out that the device itself is quite expensive and you have to spend around £30 a month to buy new hydrogel pads, which is a lot of money compared to the 15 quid for my mouthguard

All in all, I had high hopes for this but it was a very disappointing experience

Refund provided as promised.

I could feel an effect but the device didn't end up working for me. However, the money back guarantee was provided as promised, so it truly is worth trying.

Didn't work for me, but still a positive experience

Although the device didn't work for me, it was very well made, the instructions were clear and the customer service was excellent.

Well it has stopped me snoring because some genius thought it should have a flashing light on the front to tell you when it’s on so I don’t sleep due to that!

Zeus is a great Idea but feel it needs more improvement.

Been using Zeus for a few weeks now and to be honest I haven't noticed any change, What has happened is several of the hydrogel pads have failed.and I have resorted to using micropore tape to hold in place. I have also developed an allergic reaction to the pads so have had to stop using the device until my sores heal.
I think I will probably be returning the device under the 60 day trial as it just isnt for me but may suit others
I would like to add that Imogen at customer services has been great and has answered all my enquirys as well as offering a one to one video call.
What I would say is give Zeus a go especially if you cant use CPAP.
