great device, however; the patches do not have enough adhesive material on them to stay on all night

The idea behind this product is appealing, but the results fell flat. I noticed no real improvement, and the sensation was more annoying than beneficial. Sadly, it doesn’t live up to what it claims.

It only kind of helped, but I still snore and it's still loud. I don't like that you have to spend so much on the hydrogel replacements, and these leave a sticky residue on my neck.

This really is a game changer, it really does work. You have to get over the fact you have something stuck to your chin/neck but that soon becomes normal. Then you need to find the setting the works for you. I have it on setting 3, any higher than that and it wakes me up in the night. I'm 4 weeks in and my wife and I have slept in the same bed every night since wearing it, which is a small miracle!

My husband has always snored. In more recent years he had some level of success with a “mandibular adjustment device” but unfortunately in the last few months even that couldn’t stop him snoring. 80Db consistently from the second his head hits the pillow makes for a difficult bedfellow & my sleep was impacted every night. Predictably his snoring impacted his own sleep quality & he would always need a nap during the day.

After seeing a random Instagram advert for Zeus Sleeps we thought “nothing ventured nothing gained” and bought a unit.

Although results vary, usually because the unit isn’t perfectly placed, or he’s got a couple of days of stubble, what little snoring does occur is much much quieter and shorter in duration. His sleep quality has improved, as has mine, and his daytime naps are now a thing of the past.

Yes, the initial outlay is £££ and then there’s the need to buy more hydrogel pads, but there’s a subscription option which will save you money, and the cost of one unit is about what was being spent in 2 years on the “mandibular adjustment devices”

The instructions could be more detailed, especially around the need to be gentle when removing the hydrogel pads after use - my husbands unit is slightly buckled owing to his hamfisted attempts to remove the first nights pad. It would also be really helpful if the instructions included methods for cleaning the Zeus unit - he’s resorted to using the same small antibacterial wipes that he uses to clean his hearing aids once a week and that seems to work.

All this to say, thank you Zeus Sleeps, I’m no longer considering moving into the spare room!

I bought this device hoping it would help with sleep apnea and snoring, but I returned it after only two nights.

Main issues:
• Controls: Impossible to operate while it’s stuck to your chin. A basic app-controlled on/off or intensity adjustment should be standard at this price.
• App: Essentially useless. It doesn’t record meaningful data, and even the company admits it’s still in Beta. For £250, this is unacceptable.
• Comfort: Even on the lowest setting, the electrical impulses felt like prickles that woke me up rather than improving my sleep.
• Ongoing Costs: Hidden expense of £30/month for replacement sticky pads, making it very costly to maintain.
• Value: Between the poor app, unreliable Bluetooth connection, and clunky controls, it feels unfinished and not worth the price.

For £250, I expected a polished product. Instead, this feels half-developed, uncomfortable, and designed with expensive ongoing costs in mind.

Worked a treat for me. Thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely incredible. My partner and I have had huge issues with my snoring until I tried this bad boy. It has completely changed my confidence in sleeping next to my partner knowing I’m not going to wake him up. The service has been incredible and am no longer having to transport to the sofa at midnight!

Why ask for feedback before giving the purchaser a chance to even test the product for a few nights? It tells me you are interested in stars rather than genuine feedback about the efficacy of the product.

Whenever I'm lying on my back, my sleep is interrupted every hour by my wife shaking me to make me turn onto my side to stop my snoring. I've tried everything out there and only Zeus has been effective in helping me keep my snoring under control. Highly recommended.

Typically I’m quite sceptical of things like this, but have been blown away by the results, so glad I gave this a go and would highly recommmend to anyone who suffers with their sleep. It’s a game changer.

Zeus has been a snoring game changer.
Tried so many things before. Most don't work and many are expensive and keep you awake as much as the snoring.
When I saw it was NHS backed, engineered in UK, had clinical trials and a money back guarantee I thought it was worth a go.
Works fantastic. Easy to use, does not wake me up and now I do not wake my wife up!
