Had been looking on & off for a few weeks for a new phone, so by chance I found Zexton’s. Tbh I was little apprehensive as you are with refurb phones. Gave them a call the guy answered the questions felt satisfied with the answers. Brought the phone straight away. Phone came next day, so far no complaints. Also came with a cover & screen protector. Phone seems to be brand new & a great price.

Unfortunately I can only give 1 star at the most. I paid for a phone 4 days ago , expecting delivery today. Instead I got an e mail saying order cancelled due to them not having stock. I Then received an email saying I'd requested a refund, not true. I've now got to go on holiday with no phone and no money to buy elsewhere because I'll have to wait for my refund. Although this could be innocent, it could also be a scam. 100% dissatisfied.

I am so impressed with this company. They emailed me back straight away when I had a question, shipped out my item same working day and it arrived next day before 1pm, i even got a free phone case and screen protector with my phone. The price was also amazing. I will always use and recommend this company from now on.
