I love my Ziip Halo. Fast shipping, and easy to use.

I really like the ZIIP device for sculpting and acne treatment! However I purchased the Clear Gel for acne prone skin and it actually made me break out, so I switched back to the original.

Si je pouvais mettre un triple zéro je le ferai , en un an j’ai changé 3 fois de ziip pour pannes , le dernier appareil envoyé ne chargeait plus au bout de deux mois et ils n’ont pas voulu me le changer à nouveau . Je déconseille fortement l’achat de cette daube .

Great product. Really works.

This is a product I really like but it just doesn't deliver. Took over 3 weeks to get a replacement when my first halo wouldn't charge anymore. Then the new one doesn't work as well as the first. The app is crazy. I have to go to settings and change the font size everytime I use it. For the price should be better. I do think it delivers on results for my face.

Este es mi tercer ZIIP Halo y lo cuido como un bebé para que no le pase humedad a la parte plateada y nuevamente vuelve a ocurrir.
He gastado un dinero (muy importante) que si bien el aparato puede dar sus resultados, el stress que conlleva usarlo con todos los cuidados no lo merece. Ya no sé qué hacer. No lo recomiendo porque realmente su terminación como elemento en sí ya no me genera confianza.
Busque soluciones y no la encuentro más que dejar de usarlo y hacer esta reseña para que sean mejores.

Not worth the cost been using for 3 months now, no long term effect. I got better results from my red light panel. Dave your money and buy a good red light/near infrared panel. Also the cost for the gels is a joke just use ultrasound gel. This is a product for people who don’t do their research, I got duped.

3 mois après l’avoir acheté, il a commencé à disfonctionner, ne voulant plus s’éteindre, ou répéter le même cycle alors que j’en voulais un autre. Aussi , le dessus s’est abîmé très rapidement alors que je faisais bien attention de ne pas mettre d’eau dessus, à ce prix là c’est vraiment honteux. Je n’ai jamais pu trouver de SAV non plus... J’ai pris la version deluxe et j’ai payé 500€... Pour pas grand chose franchement

Hola, no tengo problema con el Ziiip creo que con constancia funciona bien. Mi problema son los envios, no ha habido una sola vez que no se haya perdido el pedido. Ahora llevo desde el 29/4 con el gel conductor desaparecido y sin respuesta por parte de la empresa ni mensajeria. Por lo tanto tendre que cambiar de dispositivo ya que els estres que supone hacer pedidos no me compensa. Una lastima.

I like the size of device, and the app is great. I have used it a few times, but sadly whether I use 3 pumps of the gel, or 9, I end up getting zapped multiple times during a treatment. My device also doesn’t start on contact like it says it will. I was hoping it would be more enjoyable to use, but I’m not a fan of feeling like I’m getting shocked while using it.

Update: They contacted me with a 10% discount off a new device, I pointed out that everybody can get 10% from influencers all the time. They said it's the best they can offer, even if device fails only 1 month after warranty expires. So essentially if you buy a Ziip Halo you will have to to fork out £342 approximately every 2 years for a new one. Very poor value for money, not worth it.
Needless to say I will be looking at a different brand for a replacement micro current device.

Absolutely appaling service and incredibly poor value for money.
My device purchased from Current Body on 20th March 2024, stopped working end of April (it won't charge anymore), only a month out of the 2 year warranty.
I contacted Customer Support who just said sorry out of warranty with a link to the warranty page.
I responded pointing that the device suddenly developping a fault 1 month out of warranty and the fact they won't offer a repair or even a discount on the purchase of a replacement device, represents extremely poor value for money and feels like built obsolescence.
My device has been well looked after, kept in the storage pouch, only ever used Ziip gel and the original charger and wiped it carefully after each use.
But they showed no interest in investigating why it stopped working after only 2 years.
So if you buy a Ziip halo, be prepared to have to spend £380 every 2 years for a new device, on top of having to buy their gels.
Before my Halo I had a nu face device which I gave to my mum when I bought the Halo... That nu face device still works after almost 4 years.
I cannot therefore not recommend Ziip Halo due to the poor built quality, poor customer care and extremely poor value for money

Just want to say a few words about the product and company of Nuface – they are both great. Firstly, their product is outstanding quality. Most of the face machine out there are toys in comparison to theirs. Secondly, they are so professional to do business with. I had some questions and they went above and beyond to make sure I understood how to use the machine. It’s important to me, as I do most of my shopping on line, to have faith in a company. One of the first things I look for is “great customer service”. Those are the companies I buy from. It’s so important and Nuface is THAT kind of company.

I updated the app and my ziip halo does not sync anymore. I tried deleting and downloading the app, turned off and on the bluetooth. Nothing works

So I purchased a ZIIP Halo less than 2 years ago. It started to malfunction- wouldn't stay on for longer than a few seconds. I contacted ZIIP and they replaced it for free, which was lovely. The replacement worked so well, it made me realize that my old ZIIP Halo had definitely not been functioning well for a very long time, which was discouraging, since I used it every other day for almost two years.

So far I’m loving my Zip Halo . Delivery was quick , easy to set up and I’m noticing results after using it for 3 weeks. Great tool for anti aging.
