J en suis à mon 3eme ZIIP halo et celui ci s est aussi mis à dysfonctionner au bout de quelques mois également. Entre problèmes de batterie, déconnection de l’appli et autres, franchement c est honteux vu le prix de l’appareil.
Le service client est gentil mais sous entend que le problème vient de vous ou de votre téléphone. J ai essayé de me connecter avec le téléphone de mon mari et le problème est resté le même.

I have been using the Ziip Halo for some time. I love it and I have had some excellent results from regular use. It is by far the best beauty tool that I have used. When my device recently developed a fault I contacted customer services. I received a prompt and helpful response . Kellie was excellent and arranged a replacement for me which arrived very quickly. I cannot fault the service that I have received. It was truly 5 star!

I love my ZIIP so much!! It feels like having a facial at home, but what makes it even better is that it’s way less expensive than actually getting facials. The device works great, especially for skin elasticity and acne. I’m honestly still shocked at how well this thing works for all kinds of skin problems. I mainly bought the ZIIP to tighten up my jaw line, but I’ve been impressed with its other features, too (especially when I had a deep, painful pimple. It was sooo much smaller after just one treatment!). It’s also great for treating hyperpigmentation. Anyway, I’m on a weight loss journey and didn’t want to be left with saggy skin, so this has been a great solution. The gels that came with the device are nice, too. I like to use my red light therapy device afterwards to get even better results. Also, the app is nice. They just made an update that makes it easier to sync up the treatment (before, the video started too soon, but it seems to be fixed). Anyway, I definitely recommend the ZIIP!

TERRIBLE my device is nzt working after the latest update. Still no response after 2 requests to fix the problem.

J'ai mis un 1er avis pour signaler que le service après-vente de Ziip Halo ne déclenchait pas la garantie pour un appareil qui ne fonctionne plus au bout de seulement 4 mois d'utilisation. Il y a eu une réponse de SANA qui devait prendre contact avec moi, mais aucune nouvelle.

I absolutely love this tool. It’s the best by far in my opinion. You have to be faithful about using it, however. Thank you for making this wonderful beauty to all.

The gel is so much better than cheaper alternatives. It actually costs less because a little goes a long way and it doesn't dry out quickly, which means you don't have to stop in the middle and add more.

This is, hands down, the best skin care I have ever invested in. I thought it might be hype- but no, this delivers in a number of ways. Ziip far exceeded my expectations.

I have been using my ziip for a year and a half and have noticed an improvement with the texture and overall appearance of my skin. I recently upgraded to the Crystal Gel and feel it has made an impact as well.

The device actually works! You just have to be faithful and the serum is nice. It works very well with the unit and whenever I order things come very promptly. It’s always really easy. I appreciate it very much.

After years of supporting this company and their products, I am extremely disappointed in the support that has become non-existent since the acquisition by Current Body.

I’m extremely pleased to now update my review to reflect my phone interaction that was able to resolve the issue.

Do they still have coding issues to address? Yes. But, their engineers understand that and they know how to address the issues so that the app is absolutely working as is your device.

They’re also working to improve customer service options. Overall, extremely productive call.

I upgraded to the ziip halo 2.0 a few months ago. Because I am in my very late 70's, I am not getting the results that someone in their 40's or 50's but I feel like the 3 to 4 treatments a week help with some sculpting and strengthening my face and neck area. I do like the upgrades, a cover for the charger, more choices on the app (excellent) and a quieter "beep" sound.

I have been using my Ziip Halo for a couple of years and loving the results . Following the app treatments with Melanie guiding the process has made a profound difference in the texture firmness and health of my skin.
I recently had an issue with my device, and the customer service was immediately responsive and resolved the problem promptly.
Overall an excellent experience.
