Easy to use and good results.

I love my ziip!! And I see how well it really works. You can see the lift it gives you! So happy I have it!!

No changes so far, although it is easy to use.

I am VERY PLEASED with my purchase. The "Ziip Halo" has been a blessing for my face. I have seen great results in a short time. My face is definitely smoother and clearer. This device has done more positive things for my face, than any other device, I have used.

J'ai acheté mon premier ZIIP en décembre 2023 sur le site Currentbody, en mars 2024 il tombe en panne je me dis que c'est juste pas de chance. Puis Currentbody me le remplace. Il fonctionne bien, jusqu'à hier où il ne charge plus qu'à moitié, il ne suit pas le programme avec lequel il est synchronisé, cet appareil est une grosse déception au prix qu'il coûte sa durée de vie est lamentable j'ai des brosses à dents électriques moins bien moins chers que j'ai depuis bientôt 6 ans ! Plus jamais je ne fais confiance à cette marque. Il y a clairement un défaut de conception ou alors une volonté de conception pour rendre cet appareil si peu durable dans le temps. Je vous déconseille fortement son achat car c'est clairement de l'argent jeté par les fenêtres plutôt q'un investissement sur du long terme. J'aurais du garder mon argent pour des soins ou de la médecine esthétique.

I love this device and the gels that go with it. It has made a big improvement in the tone and youthful appearance of my skin. I use it every day in the morning and it is part of my meditation and calming time.

Great product with a library of treatments that are easy to follow. Customer service and shipping has been excellent.

This is my third ZIIP. I have always been very happy with my purchases, and I have recommended the different devices to several women that I know. At least three have purchased the ZIIP HALO and are using it. I love my results with the HALO. My only concern is that after three years I have to replace them as I use them regularly and I stack my treatments so each has received a lot of work.

My new ziip has arrived after the old one developed a fault - I was delighted that they upgraded me to the new ziip 2. Everyone I dealt with were very friendly and helpful

I have all the models and I love this Halo 2.0 the most. Not too stong like others and it really gives improvement if you do it consistency.

This is the only device that I love to use regularly. It does what it is supposed to do; I love the design; and the device actually holds a charge for many sessions! Highly recommend.

I’ve been using ZIIP for a couple weeks and I really like it, I can feel the effect on my skin .

Purchased the ZIIP Halo in May 2025 for £411.30. It developed a fault in December 2025 and was replaced under warranty. The replacement unit has now also developed a fault, in August 2026 – so this is the second device to fail within 15 months.

When I contacted customer service via live chat, I asked for a refund given this is a repeat failure, but was told a refund wasn't available and I'd only be offered a third replacement, plus asked to pay £5 postage myself for returning the faulty unit.

I've since sent a formal written complaint requesting a refund under my consumer rights, as I no longer have confidence in the reliability of this product. Still waiting to hear back. Disappointing experience for a device at this price point, and frustrating that a refund wasn't offered as an option after two failures.

Update — had an email from ZIIP confirming they understood my concerns but stating once again no refund due, just an exchange. I’ve again asked for a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as a credit or replacement is not a refund. I’m concerned at the number of people who are in the same position as me. In my view, this response doesn’t reflect my statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitle a customer to a refund where a repair or replacement remedy has already failed. I’ll continue to pursue this and will update again.

Update - I started a claim under section 75 via my credit card. Current body then agreed to a refund it took a lot of back and forward. They have item back now so will confirm back once I've been refunded.

Update- refund now received.

Final Update - current body asked me to remove review I've declined as this was a true reflection of my horrendous experience.

Easy to follow guide on the ZIIP app. I think the ZIIP device is worth every penny. The only con I have is that the gels are so expensive, and if you are using your device 5x a week that can add up every time you need to repurchase.

S'alright. Not that amazing! i was completely influenced to buy by influencers - they rave about it. I find it quite messy, the expensive gel stuff gets all over the little machine, so you need a towel on hand. i feel like a different shape machine could have worked better. it seems that consistency is key, but i must say, no difference noted so far. i mean, it's not going to be magical, is it? so manage your expectations, the influencers are paid to rave about it! if you aren't the kind of person who can regularly use it, don't bother buying!
