My issue is far from resolved despite my filling out the requested forms and sending in all information. ZIIP only emails sends a vague reply via email once a day so communication is severely lacking
I returned my ZIIP. And the ZIIP SENT TO ME WAS NOT RECEIVED. VERY DISSATISFIED

My Ziip wasn't connecting to my phone and I decided to correspond with the customer service. They made sure I tried every possible way to fix that.
They sent me a new one after I returned my Ziip. Thank you for your help and support!

I had a fault with my ZIIP within the warranty period and contacted the customer service email. A lovely person call Sandhya L honestly couldn't have done enough to talk me through the various troubleshooting solutions I could try. When these did not solve the issue, I was offered a replacement with no fuss and it arrived within 48hours, during which time they updated me on the schedule of delivery and then checked that all had been received as expected. Honestly, if all product companies could be like this the world would be a better place!

Love the ZIIP HALO so much, and when I had a parcel issue they were quick to respond and resolved the issue effectively

This is one of my favourite skin tools I have! I'm an acne nutritionist and special in skin health so I've tried a lot tools and gadgets in the space and this one is one of my most used. It gives an insane snatch to the face and jawline. Highly recommend!

Amazing results using the strongest settings.

The app works great to keep a good routine going. The device itself has had issues and is very fragile to any product that may touch it on top. I’ve had to reset the device several times but when it works it really does a great job and I see noticeable improvements in my skin.

It’s a shame there isn’t a zero

If you have any sort of dental work in your mouth or a sensitive to zaps, this is not the product for you and they will not return it …even after one use they will not give you your money back or give you your money back on an unopened $125 bottle of gold serum …..absolutely ridiculous and horrendous service

Waiting for results but know it will take awhile. Like using app. It’s helpful for sure. Don’t think there is a suggested schedule for using different apps. Suggestions would be helpful. Love the Zipp silver gel

The device doesn’t sync with my generation of iPhone. That should have been disclosed CLEARLY, not buried in the fine print, hidden under a collapsible carrot.

Very disappointed as my Ziip halo doesn’t work after a year of use, and I have only just got the extra bottles of gel!
Reading so many reviews, I have been extra careful with the charging port and cable, used only the compatible and official one. Still, this £400 worth of device can only last a year

I really like the videos that Company every single facial. I also like that there's a 30 day plan.

It’s an amazing tool , but the tool sometimes stops , or doesn’t beep to know when to go on other side .

I ordered the Ziip Halo on May 11th and received it May 19th. After using it, the electrical currents caused me major facial flare-ups and heart palpitations. When I reached out to customer service on June 26th to return the device and the completely sealed silver gel bottles, they refused to process my refund unless I emailed them private photos of my face. I declined due to medical privacy reasons. It is completely unacceptable to hold a refund hostage over invasive photos for a device that caused medical issues.
Please be wary of severe side effects!

Management reached out to me directly to resolve this matter. I want to give a huge thank you to Georgia from their customer service team. She was incredibly nice, empathetic, and professional. She took care of everything and ensured my issue was successfully resolved. Georgia’s outstanding customer service completely turned this experience around!

After an issue with delivery that was not their fault, they seamlessly dealt with everything and the customer service was outstanding.

I had to return my ZIIP due to an issue I was having with my skin. It was unopened and this review is about the return process/customer service.

I love the feeling. Its just my first Week so I can’t about results.

Love the variety of programs on the app. And the Ziip is very easy to use and effective. I use it 3 days a week faithfully and have for a year.
