Zing has helped me stay more consistent…

Zing has helped me stay more consistent in my workouts, as well as giving me the mental break of not having to come up with or look up new workouts. I'm not getting bored with my workout routine anymore because I don't know what or when the schedule is going to change, which is so refreshing.

Test nouvelle appli

Après plus de 4ans sur une appli de sport, j'ai voulu test celle-ci. Le concept est ingénieux, grâce à l'IA.
On peut prévisualiser les exercices avant de commencer la séance et y apporter des modifications, tout est personnalisable.
En naviguant sur l'appli pour en apprendre d'avantage, j'ai vu qu'il proposait également des programmes tout fait (pas encore test).
J'en suis qu'à ma période d'essai, mais je suis déjà conquise par le principe, et le SAV est d'une réactivité sans fail et fort sympathique.

Love it!

Love the way this app takes away the guest work of what to do in the gym. It target your own specific needs with a fraction of the cost, efficient, workouts, and great customer service!

I have been using the app for over a…

I have been using the app for over a year now and I am very satisfied, and I have made real progress. I like that there is flexibility to adjust the exercises yourself, choose the equipment you have available, the duration of your workout, etc. Also, in general, they continuously improve the app! There is definitely room for improvement, but I would recommend it, as I have tried other similar apps as well.

34+ EMAILS. 📧🚫 That’s how many times I’ve gone back and forth with the management team at @zing.coach, and they still can’t get a basic training split right.
I thought I was paying for a "smart" AI coach, but it’s honestly just an overpriced exercise book to log weights in manually. Total waste of time and money. 📉🤡
Avoid the headache. If you want actual results and support that doesn't take 30+ emails to fail, look elsewhere.

Be extremely cautious about this fraudulent operation. They have made unauthorized withdrawals from my account.

I cannot view this company as anything other than a group of scammers.

After their reply I want to add. My response to their reply is that it’s pure bullshit. It may very well be that I unknowingly accepted to pay more than the price I was informed of — but if so, it’s solely because Zing has exploited and manipulated me into doing so.
I can only repeat myself: stay away from this fraudulent company.

Please know that Zing Coach does not charge anyone without an active subscription request. Our subscriptions require user confirmation and are always linked to a personal email address. In many cases, these situations are caused by:

- A forgotten registration (including through a trial)
- A family member using your card or device, or
- A second email/account being used unknowingly.

We’d be happy to investigate this for you. Please reach out to us at support@zing.coach with:

- The email associated with the charge (if known),
- A screenshot of the transaction (without sensitive banking data),
- Or the last 4 digits of the charged card (if comfortable).

We’ll do our best to clarify what happened and assist you further. We never intend for anyone to feel misled and take these reports seriously.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this service.

A subscription was activated and renewed repeatedly without me ever receiving a confirmation email or clear onboarding completion. Because of this, I reasonably believed the account had not been properly created, and I was never able to access or manage the subscription as expected. The subscription also did not appear in my Apple subscriptions, which made it impossible to monitor or cancel from my side.

Multiple charges were taken over time before I noticed them. After contacting support, I had to go through a long back-and-forth process to get help. While support eventually refunded two charges as a “goodwill gesture,” the overall experience felt unclear and difficult to navigate.

My main issue is the lack of transparency and the fact that payments continued despite no clear confirmation or accessible account setup.

I would strongly advise others to carefully monitor their payments if they try this service.

After reviewing your case, our records show that the account was voluntarily created and the subscription was activated through the standard sign-up flow, which requires confirmation before completion.

As soon as you contacted our support team, we immediately assisted with canceling the subscription and, although the charges were processed in line with the agreed terms, we issued refunds for two payments as a gesture of goodwill.

We understand that subscription management can sometimes be confusing—especially when purchases are made directly through a website rather than through Apple, in which case they would not appear in Apple Subscriptions. That's how the system operates since you signed up with us directly, not through Apple. We appreciate your feedback regarding transparency and will continue working to improve clarity in our onboarding and communication.

The app overall is great

The app overall is great , I have been motivated and appreciative of the sessions and how it changes workouts according to my needs.
I wish the app could sync with my Garmin watch, and if you could move your workout to another day.

I can’t express how good zing has been…

I can’t express how good zing has been for me I’m down 6 kg in a month and feeling so much stronger only thing I will say is I do home and gym workout I just wish the home workouts would tell you the recommended weight you should use for each exercise like the gym program does would be very helpful

The recommended weights are currently shown in gym workouts because the equipment is standardized, while home workouts can vary a lot depending on what equipment you have available. Helps me plan my workout. Almost like a real coach.

Keeps tracks of the weights. Appropriate freshness is there in the exercises. Helps me push. Strength tbh score is great feature.

Zing helps me be consistent

Zing helps me be consistent with workouts and also helps me be consistent with hitting every muscle group. I also love the workout option to select my days for workouts since I do not have a consistent work schedule so I can look ahead at my next week and adjust what days I will be working out.

A nightmare on android

On my ipad, it works really well. If I open the app on my Samsung, half of the features I see on my ipad are gone. There's no challenges tab/friends circle on Android, calisthenics took a looong time before it was added to android. I lodged a complaint and was told to sign in with the exact same method I did on my ipad then press restore. But how do I do that if "continue with Google" option is MISSING on android. The cheaper subscription promos are also ONLY ever on apple devices. So I got my subscription from my ipad. Now i want to sign in through my google account... so that my subscription can show up on my phone. nothing! My subscription is running out too. PLEASE GIVE US THAT SIGN IN THROUGH GOOGLE since your support team DOES emphasise to sign in the exact same way ... so frustrating 😭💔

You’re absolutely right that signing in the same way matters for restoring access — and we understand how impossible that feels when the “Continue with Google” option isn’t showing. At the moment, Google log-in isn’t available on Android devices, which we know is incredibly confusing.

Also, due to platform restrictions, subscriptions purchased through Apple’s App Store don’t automatically transfer to Android in a way that Google Play can recognise — so your iPad subscription may not appear on your Samsung even if everything looks “the same” on your side.

We are aware of these gaps, and we’re working to improve Android and bring more feature parity over time.

Shady company

Shady company. I have no idea how I “enrolled,”. I’m almost 70 and on a small fixed income. Never would have committed to such an expense. Difficult to cancel and they wouldn’t refund me. I feel SCAMMED. even if it’s user error, they could have made it right for someone who had never even created an account. Be wary.

It’s also important to note that uninstalling the app (or not using it) does not cancel a subscription — cancellation must be completed through your device’s subscription settings or the app store account to stop future charges.

I am a 67 physically active male and…

I am a 67 physically active male and had gone through numerous personal trainers. I was seeing very few positive results from my personal trainers and paying $86 twice a week. Since I’ve been on the Zing AI coaching app I have gained 10 pounds of muscle and gone from a large to an XL T-shirt. Everyone says I look jacked. I’m loving it.

Amazing App

The Zing app is absolutely amazing. I started using it in April 2025 at 195 lbs after losing 65 pounds and feeling pretty flabby. From April to July, the results were incredible. The workouts are intelligently tailored to push you to your limits while still taking injuries into account. Hands down, the best fitness app I’ve ever used.

Be careful

Be careful. I thought I’d bought a one off 4 week plan in Oct. In Jan they took £43.99 out of back and refused to refund it even though I’d contacted their support the next day when I saw the charge.

No subscription notices, bad business practices

No notices, emails, updates when subscription fees are charged. I had uninstalled the app after trial and never used. (Just not right for me.) But discovered months later that I was being charged. Apparently quarterly? They refused to issue a refund, not even a partial refund. Poor business practices.
