The software worked great, was very easy to setup and run on both computers, and the transfer was completely successful. I tried twice over my network but finally had to use an ethernet cable to make the connection. That configuration worked without issues.

This was the easiest transfer I have every done. It took a while for it to happen, but I didn't have to babysit it. That meant I accomplished other things while the transfer was ongoing. I just checked it now and then.

The program doesn't work. It shuts down every 15 minutes and you have to start over so you never make any progress. When you contact support, if you get any response, they try to sell you an upgrade which doesn't work either. Big Rip off. Bought PCMover at half the price and it had the whole thing done within a few hours. Easy Peasy. Don't waste your time and money on Zinstall.

The last time I bought a new computer I let the tech guy transer my stuff, Iost lots of stuff particularly videos I had played around with. So this time I was advised to buy a external hard drive but it would not be possible to transfer every thing over. I am 75 years old and not a tech guy, but searched the net and found zinstall. I was expecting something to go wrong most of the time the program was transferring but every thing went smoothly and now my family are calling me the tech guy

I was a little apprehensive in trying to transfer over to a new desktop without having to do a lot of technical stuff and after researching and comparing a few options, I went with Zinstall. I was pleasantly surprised at just how seamless it was. I installed the software on both desktops, hit start and didn't have to do anything else. I continued using my old desktop while it was transferring everything and it took about 12 hours because I didn't have a wired connection, only wifi.
I would definitely recommend it!

The transfer was effortless, and complete. And to think, i was going to do it myself. Zinstall was worth every penny. Tranferred all apps, programs, passwords, and data.

You might not know my name, but chances are you’ve heard my music — on the Discovery Channel, CBS Sports (including the Super Bowl), and even shows like *Seinfeld*. I’m a guitarist and composer who’s been lucky enough to make music for television for many years.

Back when I was running a Windows 7 system, I discovered Zinstall on a music forum. Someone mentioned that, unlike traditional cloning programs, Zinstall could fully migrate your system — programs, shortcuts, settings, everything — without the nightmare of reinstalling it all from scratch. Honestly, I was skeptical. Even Microsoft didn’t have a tool that could pull that off.

But I reached out to the Zinstall team, and they were incredible — professional, kind, and genuinely compassionate. They migrated my Windows 7 setup to a new Windows 10 system exactly as promised. Everything worked perfectly.

Fast forward to this month: I was composing music for a new HGTV show called *Bachelor Mansion Takeover* when disaster struck — my powerhouse studio computer wouldn’t boot up. The builder tried my hard drive in five different machines. Nothing worked. Dead.

Anyone who relies on their computer for work knows that sinking feeling, but in my case, it was more than stress — my entire project, my deadlines, and my reputation were on the line. In this industry, the network doesn’t care *how* you get it done, only that you deliver — on time.

Once again, I turned to Zinstall. I installed a new drive, reached out to them, and from the very first moment, they were there. Step by step, they helped me get my entire system back — exactly as it had been — saving not only my session, but my sanity.

Great software. Transferred lots of data from a 2009 laptop to a new machine. It did not miss a thing. Seamless.

Product works fairly well but they have no customer service. I had an issue that I needed help with. Contacted them three times in 8 days and they never returned my call always got an AI message. Use there chat and also got AI. So their hipe about talking to a live person is a lie.

The transfer process was highly successful. Typically, I use traditional transfer methods, but with this product, I completed the transfer in just under 2 hours. This is an excellent product with outstanding and attentive follow-up support. I wish you and the Zinstall team much continued success.

The company was excellent to work with and answered all my questions. Once I got the connection correct the transfer went off without a hitch. I have use numerous transfer programs over the years and this is the best and easiest to use. I will definitely use it again if I need to do any transferring to another computer

This was my second purchase of Zinstall, the first time for my business computer and the second time for my home computer. It was worth every penny! The instructions were detailed and easy to follow with plenty of options for specific needs and explained the outcome of each scenario. I'm not an IT, I'm a bookkeeper so I genuinely appreciated all of the time Zinstall spent on making this as easy as possible. Knowing they would be there should I encounter a hiccup was comforting! Thank you Zinstall for a great product!

Transfer via wifi is not reliable. Dont buy it unless you plan to use a network cable.

Zinstall did the “heavy lifting” and the transfer went pretty smoothly.  I had to make a couple of tweaks after the transfer process to some programs, but nothing major.  Everything is running flawlessly on the new computer!

I needed to transfer an extensive list of files from my old computer to the new one. After spending an entire day frustrated and having no results, I turned to Zinstall for help. Their fees were very affordable. And, even better, once I read their straightforward instructions, the files transferred without problems. Thank you, Zinstall!

I am a very senior citizen, so I was a little nervous thinking about migrating to a new computer. I purchased Zinstall and downloaded it onto the old and the new computers. It was very easy to use. The entire transfer took almost 4 hours because of the internet rate of transfer is my guess. A couple times the new computer lost connectivity but Zinstall start right back where it left off when connection was regained. I have found no issues. I am totally satisfied.

Simple to use, and transferred things I did not expect would work.

After running Zinstall, my new computer throws an error when I attempt to open Outlook. I have made repeated attempts for support. The Chat feature keep referring me to Technical Support who NEVER contacts me. When I email customer support, I get return emails saying I will be contacted within 23 hours - never happens. On each attempt I provide a ZINSTALL problem number they sent me at the beginning.
I have been trying since mid-January.

Perhaps this will finally get me noticed. I have tried everything else.

Purchased it and tried to migrate to new computer and it kept shutting down. Contacted support but that is pretty much non-existent. So dead in the water.
