I use the frother daily, and at some point the button started having problems. The customer support was great and i got 2 replacements.

Customer service is very slow to respond and in some instances repeated emails were necessary. In the end I was able to get my warranty honored. After paying shipping costs my frothers were replaced and mailed out. Shipping was also slow.

This is the second time I've ordered the Zulay coffee frother, and I love it! I can't believe how much froth I'm getting on my coffee!! I guess my old one had been giving up the goat for a while and was underperforming. I also very much appreciate the tips on frothing that came along with it--they were very helpful. Although it's not big, I do have a bit of trouble depressing the top of the frother with my finger. I'm 70 years old with small hands. It's easy with my thumb, but I have more control with the index finger. I'm pretty sure that--over time--the depression becomes easier, as it was on my last version, so I will just "thumb up" until then! A great product 1at a great price, and I love that you're family-owned

I'm very pleased with Zulay Kitchen. The website is easy to use, and the products I bought were high quality for a reasonable price.

My electric milk frother broke after 6 mos. Zulay stood by their product even though I did not have the proper receipt and sent me a replacement. Love this Zulay product and the customer service and support.

I was having issues with my frother, being it was under warranty - I reached out to customer service and they were more than happy to share some deals with me along with sending me 2 replacements! I love my frother, I literally use it every day multiple times a day! Makes my drinks much more tasty. Thanks Zulay!!!!!!!

Easy order, good transit updates, great juicer.

I bought a milk frother which stopped working almost immediately. I replaced the batteries as the company suggested but the frother stopped working completely against almost immediately. I contacted the company twice to ask for the guarateed replacement and recieved no response at all.

Thank you Zulay for honoring your product. The first tornado frother didn't work correctly, they replaced it.

I’ve recently ordered several products from this company and like them all. One of the bamboo cutting boards arrived damaged and I have not yet been able to reach customer service; hopefully they respond to exchange defective item.

Great communication. Love you products. My daughter gave me a foamer(thats what i call it) for my birthday/ Christmas. It died(bad switch). So I just ordered another and I love it. Works great. Where were you 20 years ago

My original frother failed. Zulay replaced it x’s 2 with no hesitation.

I must say, the reviews are what helped me choose this beautiful product, and they were absolutely accurate. Once I received the set, I immediately hand-washed each utensil and even purchased a utensil holder to match. Honestly, I haven’t touched my old utensils since.

Zulay truly delivers—not only in quality, but in craftsmanship as well.

Avoid this company like the plague!! We bought an ice machine from them in October of 2023 and it had a Lifetime Warranty. I kept the documentation showing that the product was registered with said Lifetime Warranty. Three weeks ago it stopped working and after 2 weeks of troubleshooting with the company they stated that there was nothing more they could do since it was over the 1 year warranty. I responded, and provided proof, that the ice maker was registered with a Lifetime Warranty. Today they respond once again with the 1 year warranty statement. Completely unprofessional and they obviously do not care for customers.

My mixer stopped working and customer service quickly resolved my issue. Replacement product works great and customer service was excellent.

I bought Zulay Kitchens Magia Super Automatic coffee/espresso/latte machine about a year ago. I love it! It has more features and costs a fraction of the price compared to others I’ve seen.

I like a latte, not so hot. My husband loves an Americana piping hot. My son-in-law likes his double espresso every time he visits. We all have our own preferences and one touch of the screen takes us to our personalized favorites.

I reached out to customer service and they were magnificent. They responded quickly and answered all of my questions. Nowadays, that’s impressive.

Great product, great customer service. They have a loyal customer with me.
