Most of my kitchen products are from Zwilling. I've experimented with various brands, and the quality of each Zwilling product reaffirms the value of my investment. Recently, my toddler lost the vacuum pump cap to seal food boxes and when I contacted customer service, they promptly provided a spare, which arrived within a couple of days. Zwilling stands out for its exceptional quality and customer care—a rare combination in a brand!
I have contacted via email about the poor quality of the products received, but my concerns have been ignored and they probably have me on a block/ignore list so they don’t have to acknowledge me. Customer service is non existent, due to their actions it appears as though they don’t care about the customer once the payment has gone through and the item can no longer be returned for refund. For longevity of products I would shop elsewhere.

Goods never delivered. I asked for proof of delivery. They sent a photo that proved nothing. I think the courier just dumped the parcel in the porch where anyone could take it. I asked for my money back. They ignored me. Anyone can be let down by a courier but their customer service is appalling.

I have placed an order for the white ash knife set on 27/12/23 online , the set was on sale at £229. I entered all the payment details and submit document for age verification but the screen was keep loading for 10 mins so I went to my account to check my order status. When I went into my order history in my account, it showed that the item has been successfully ordered and the status is pending for shipment. However, I have not received the order confirmation email. Therefore, I planned to call customer service the next day to check my order.
When I tried to call customer service to confirm this order, I noticed that the order has disappeared is no longer in my order history. Nevertheless, the price has gone up to £379 now. Customer service explained that maybe it was the age verification has not gone through so they have cancelled my order. However, I have purchased knives with Zwilling last year and in my account , it has indicated under age verification, my account is already verified. Now customer service said they do not know the reason why the order could not gone through and advised they can do a manual age verification for me to reorder but cannot honour the sale price anymore.
This is totally unacceptable that I need to pay £150 more for the same set I ordered because they have cancelled my order. I have sent an email to customer service to file a complaint but received no response.
Totally disappointing customer service !!

Recently purchased a set of pro knives, the product is OK but for the price I would recommend alternative brands which offer greater performance and much better customer service. Many of the products found online can be sourced much cheaper elsewhere such as at homesense so I would recommend shopping around if this is the brand you would like. Just be warned that there is very little to no support from ZWILLING in terms of after sales if a problem does arise.

I am compelled to leave this review as a last resort, having noticed ZWILLING's customer service responding to customers here. My experience, unfortunately, has been far from satisfactory. I placed an order worth £676.65 for kitchen appliances on the 27th of November, and to date, I have not received my items.
Efforts to reach out to ZWILLING have been unfruitful, as my emails remain unanswered. The DPD tracking link I received strangely redirects to FedEx's website, and upon contacting DPD, they informed me that they haven't received any package from ZWILLING.
This lack of communication and the unresolved delivery of my order is extremely disappointing. I am left in a state of confusion and frustration. I hope this review will prompt ZWILLING to address their logistical and customer service issues urgently.

They simply do not care when mistakes are made on their end and make no effort to correct it.
After they sent out the wrong item, they told me i had to cover the return cost ( which would not later be refunded) for a very big and heavy package.

I was late to the 'air-fryer' party but when I finally arrived so glad I did! I love this product - it is easy to use, easy to clean and not an eye-sore in my kitchen (some models are just too big). Youngest son has moved out and a Zwilling air-fryer is on his Christmas list. The service I received from Tracey was exceptional - ordered one day, delivered the next. TOtally recommend to friends!
It was a complete disaster, it absolutely ruined my cooking experience and food. I followed the recommended guidelines, used various amount if oil and maintaining a moderate flame, but it made no difference, the food sticking to the pan was persistent and extremely frustrating. I understand that the pan is non a non stick, but the food clung to the pan and made half of the food burnt and other uncooked.
Even more disappointing was the customer support who accused me of overheating the pan, which was definitely not the case. The product description clearly states that it has a 300° heat resistance and it was well within those limits.
I would strongly advise against purchasing this pan as it is likely lead to frustration, wasted food and unhelpful customer service.

I purchased the fresh & save vacuum containers & bags. I meal prep & the glass gets & keeps cold in the fridge & food does seem to last longer without spoiling. However I cannot use the app to alert me if food is due to spoil so cannot say for sure if food really does last 5 times longer as I’ve used the food before then.
I have registered but it doesn’t recognise my details until I try to re register & then it states my name is already registered.
I have also invested a lot of money in this system & ordered new items several times & would have expected to be rewarded with the odd freebie but the reward system only works in the USA not in the U.K. Personally I feel if we are buying in the U.K. we should be treated no different. Zwilling should not penalise customers just because we are in the U.K. Both the U.K. & USA website mentions rewards.
Zwilling customer services do email me back but comments have been rather blunt. A seemingly take it or leave it attitude. After several emails & replies the problems haven’t been resolved.
So far the Zwilling system is not so different from my previous IKEA & Pyrex glass system & Im beginning to regret buying it.

The ZWILLING Thermo Vacuum White Bottle.
I must admit the bottle does keep the coffee hot for a long time but it is NOT DISHWASHER SAFE!!!!
I put it in the dishwasher & the white coated film melts even on the lowest temperature.

Had a couple of issues in the past and instantly sorted (items weren't in tip top condition), great company, great products. I'm not a pro chef so can't comment on using an item for 12 hours a day! All I say is don't buy their sheet metal stuff, get the forged stuff, you might need to ask them to know.
I bought a block set and now after 6 years I am now devoid of 2 as they broke! I am a professional chef and not happy. I’ve read the reviews and the customer service is so bad I cannot be bothered to get into that at all! Shame on your products!!!! they are crap!!! I am buying Japanese now

Fantastic Customer Service. We had a warranty issue with a set of 15yr old knife block set.Spoke with customer services in UK and our experience from start to finish was professional and super efficient. Reccomedations for other items was conveyed with excellent knowledge and experience.
Highly reccomended and have bought and will buy more products from Zwilling without hesitation.

Edit: Shortly after the 1* review Zwilling contacted me and have resolved the situation.
I will upgrade the score to a 4. It would have been a 5 if it hadn't taken such a long time to resolve.

Website said 2-3 days delivery. It's now over a week and I still haven't got it. If there are delays, fine, but be honest so that customers can decide if they want to go ahead with the purchase or not.
