Sent wrong item that isn’t even on their website don’t answer emails or the phone it seems diabolical don’t bother

Ordered some tile trim, 3 weeks later still not received,emailed costomer services and received no reply there either. They readily took my money though!!!!

Ordered some paint buckets. Delivery was fast even to the outskirts of London. Prices are good as well, and the promotional discounts are genuine.

Unfortunately it’s disappointing so far. I ordered a product for delivery several weeks ago but it hasn’t arrived yet. I got an automated achnowledgement of the rode and an estimated delivery date of last Friday to this Tuesday, but nothing received yet. I tried calling and when I spoke to someone I was told to call a particular branch. Unfortunately I’ve called them a couple of times and left messages but no response. I’ve also sent an email- no response yet and finally used the contact us option on their website and no response there either so far. I don’t know when my product will arrive and have had to delay a builder as a result.

Super fast delivery, great communication.

I paid with order on the 13th October. Nothing came and no tracking information. After two phone calls and an email, I received an email from Zyber saying it was being dealt with. On 24th October a parcel arrived with a different product, maybe a suitable substitute in some cases; but not in mine. The illustration in their advert was exactly what I wanted, I did not get it.

Beware if buying online from B&Q - check whether dealing with Zyber as ultimate supplier. Zyber sent wrong product. Took multiple emails for them to admit they were at fault & asked us to return to store. After some debate they collected but charged us for the privilege without informing there would be any cost. Simply refuse to provide a full refund & just quote T&C's. Complete lack of any customer service, would never use them again.

Sadly did not realise I was dealing with this incompetent company as purchased via BnQ. Items not delivered - no communication. Out of pocket.
Went straight to the manufacturer- Tikkurila- fantastic! I would recommend you identify the company that sells the product you are after and go direct. Also significantly cheaper- these muppets added 30% to the product I purchased!

Company sent wrong fittings. I have e-mailed, but no response. The price is good, but they need to send the things you order.

Good price and quick delivery

Placed an order not update for 3 weeks contacted them to be told delivery was in a road traffic accident and will be redeliverd then told delivery unavailable at supplier in all waited 6 weeks to be told they cannot deliver the items. What a load of rubbish.

The delivery was excellent. I knew step by step when my parcel was being delivered. The customer service was also very good. They rang to check what I ordered was correct .
