How many times is it acceptable to ignore a customer request for customer service?
Looking back at my emails I have counted 16 requests for someone from Dr Franks to contact me regarding my subscription- needless to say no one has!
Now they have sent me 4 reminders to order my new pen!! I DON’T WANT ONE I WANT A REFUND FROM DECEMBER 😵‍💫

Honestly, you could not make this up !!!
Dr Franks did not deliver my pen at all in December, it came at the end of January. However they took payment for it in December and again in January.
After loads of unanswered phone calls made and over 30 emails sent, I had it agreed that one month would be missed, payment & pen, so that I didn’t end up with multiple pens & still be owed a months payment.
Guess what has happened this week….another debit to my account and an email to say a pen had been dispatched from the new pharmacy. When this arrives next week I will have 3 pens in the fridge!!!!
I’m not sure what type of person works for Dr Franks, but I would question their suitability to be dealing with any medication. Issuing 3pens to 1 customer is at best irresponsible and at worse highly dangerous and must go against all medical guidelines!!!

IF they deliver on time , and that’s a big IF, they are ok. Customer service is appalling.

Not for the first, second or even third time, Dr Franks had taken my money and not delivered my pen. Their customer service is so poor that it’s laughable. AI generated replies to emails, if eventually someone does answer the phone they will tell you blatant lies. None delivery is blamed on pharmacies, the post office, suppliers, their own nurses, any excuse. They are reluctant to compensate you for your inconvenience, they will not inform you of delays, they will never accept any responsibility for their errors and they will break all promises made to you about delivery. Dr Franks got too greedy and has forgotten the principles of business. You can’t take peoples money and then forget your obligations- plenty of companies out there selling the same product. I’d advise anyone starting on the medication to go anywhere else to buy it

Would have been 5* but drop off point I normally use was full so had to go to the next one.

Excellent quality clothing but I did have to wait a while for my order to arrive.

I’ve waited 15 days for my pen since you took the payment from my account.
I have had to chase you umpteen times via the phone & email. I’ve been lied to, promised next day delivery & although I have asked for a comprehensive explanation from someone in authority as to the delay I just keep getting customer service call handlers and AI as responses.
I’m writing as many bad reviews as possible and posting them everywhere as this is the only way I can feel better about the situation

Bought a number of items and returned 4 . I washed the rest and noticed that one of the tops had a hole in the front. I have returned this separately but I don’t think I’ll get any refund.
Service otherwise was good.

Quick, easy service.

Zero stars.
Have requested a return address every day for over a week without reply.
