Easy process, very efficient online checks.
Pricing is great and I love the payment options. I’d like to be able to change payment dates but that’s the only improvement I can suggest.
Yet to deal with customer services.

Everything that I've experienced in a month with SheMed has been great.
The communication around the price increases was fair and in line with every other provider. They've clearly been swamped by impatient customers and complainers but have handled it well when it wasn't their fault.
I'm really happy with their customer services department, the speed in which my delivery comes and how they seem to genuinely care about the customers.
I do feel very supported, and hope that my journey continues with them this way after my last Mounjaro pen and then onto Wegovy.

Points of improvement:
1. Would be great to have somewhere in app to log measurements and goal weight etc.
2. Wegovy monthly plan could be decreased a little as it's a little pricey compared to other companies. But happy to stick as long as good support continues!
