Well what can I say, a first class job!
Steve Dodds and Dave Burn were our engineers today. They arrived on time ,friendly and happy to have in our home working. I have been in the trade for more than 60 years and can honestly say these two lads know what they are doing and talking about. They came up with solutions to tricky problems and nothing was too much trouble for them. They tidied up after themselves and went through all the information in a clear and understandable way.
I would highly recommend these two engineers and would have them back in my home without doubt.

Job No 345765515 REALLY GREAT experience with these guys 'Steve Dodds' and 'Steve Westlake'. Both individually and as a team on a tricky job these guys were first rate. Would recommend any time.

After numerous visits from other engineers who kept ordering different parts for our LG American freeezer, I was pleasantly surprised by Lee Garwood. After arriving at a convenient time for Me ( and inconvenient for him) with a previously ordered part Lee found that the part wasn't needed and repaired the fault himself. How the previous three engineers never managed to diagnose the correct fault is shocking. Very grateful to Mr Garwood and his experience of repairs.

Dreadful company.
I applied for the government funded boiler. I qualified and in good time before April 1st cut off. They sent TWO employees to assess my current boiler and to do a ventilation assessment - I was advised I definitely qualified, albeit a charge of £900.
5 days later, I get a text to say I no longer qualified as the government scheme had finished.
I was assured that so long as the assessments were completed in good time before the 1st April, all would be ok, regardless of when the boiler was fitted.

The engineer, Nathan no. 10239721 arr. on time, very smart. He carried out a thorough service of our washing machine. Gave us some simple tips to help get the best wash. We would be very happy to have him again if required.

I was kept notified of the engineers arrival time which was a great help. Nathan was polite and explained what was wrong with the freezer and the repair process.

Nathan arrived at the time stated and listen to our concern of the washing machine vibrating badly through the floor when on fast spin.
Having experienced the extent of the vibration he fitted new dampers being the only thing he could suggest in an attempt to solve the issue. Regretably the vibration persists. He said in 15 yeas he had not experienced such a problem and suggested being a new house maybe a different machine is tried which we will consider with the developer.

Great service from engineer, Chris. Had a problem with my electric oven. Chris asked questions about the problem to ensure he understood and was able to diagnose accurately, and provided guidance on more efficient use of the oven and energy saving tips.
Chris also gave advice on a new kitchen appliance I had considering purchasing which clarified what I needed and I understood what I should look for to meet my needs. Excellent service - would definitely recommend
